I stayed in Pendell Barn for just one night - would stay longer next time - as it was close to the local hospital where my wife and new baby daughter were staying. The accommodation I stayed in is fantastic - the room spacious and spotlessly clean, and a super bathroom with wet room style shower. I was privileged enough...

Andrew and Maureen were super-helpful when I was making the booking and in giving directions when I was in the taxi en-route. The accommodation is incredibly characterful,/charming, spotlessly clean, and has lots of nice touches. There is a lovely lounge area and a very well appointed small kitchen. The shower area in my room was walk-in with a drop-down seat...

We really enjoyed our stay at Pendell Barn. The rooms are in a separate annex in a courtyard attached to the main house so they feel private. They're spacious and comfortable, and the shared lounge/library/dining area is really cosy. The owners were really friendly and helpful. A shame they don't have double beds, but they do make that very clear...

I spent a night in this delightful place and really hope to have an excuse to go back again. Great breakfast, two walls of books of all sorts of genres and great conversation over breakfast. Room really comfortable, little touches that make the difference.

Thank you for your review. We modelled our B&B on three very good B&B's that we had visited, and selected the best of each. The only thing that we could not copy was the personalities of the hosts, all three enjoyed having the world come to their home, as we do.

We stayed at Pendell Barn B&B with the parents of twins for a wedding up the road. We attended the wedding and then returned to PB B&B with the 16 month old twin boys at 6pm. Andy provided a salmon en croute evening meal followed by rhubarb crumble. Excellent meal is pleasant surroundings. The boys slept well with their parents...

This was our third visit to the area to visit family in Godstone. Having stayed at The Godstone Hotel twice we didn't want to stay there again and were glad to find a B&B within reasonable distance. Arrived at Pendell Barn in the dark and wet after a longish drive. The entrance to the B&B was difficult to find, but...

This is a fabulous find. Comfortable bedrooms with the addition of the use of the lounge shared by the two available bedrooms. Andy was the most genial host, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast cooked to order. Beautiful countryside surrounding this property, but within easy reach of motorways. The perfect place for us to stay in so that...

Having been in the hotel industry for many decades this is by far the best B&B I have stayed in. Andy is the perfect host, he cooks an excellent breakfast and goes out of his way to ensure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms are clean with all the facilities a guest requires...

I have stayed here several times during the last 12 months. It is by far the best B&B for miles, warm welcome and great breakfast. Great for peace and quiet and a good nights rest, internet as well now! Andy and Maureen give a warm welcome and make sure you are very comfortable and want for nothing. Great place to...

The spacious accommodations were very comfortable and welcome after an overnight flight from the US. Andy kindly offered to cook us breakfast with our early check in. We appreciated finding such a wonderful and quiet B and B in this area- most of the alternatives were on busy main roads. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and nice...
