The inn was clean and comfortable with a pleasant garden at the back.Bit of an end of the season feeling although this was mid September. £80 per night for a double room en suite was reasonable. Limited public space and not entusiatically recommended for the rather high priced .dinner Very robust host.

My wife and I stayed at this charming old coaching inn for two nights and only have two words to describe it - simply excellent! Roy and Judith run the most fabulous establishment and are a joy to meet. The hotel is maintained to a very high standard and the wood panelled residents lounge was just wonderful with an open...

Only stayed one night (should have been longer) en-route to the north of Wales. Greeted by Roy and Judith who are wonderful host's and genuinely want to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. We had a small double room on the top floor, probably not suitable for really tall people as it in the roof space - it was...

At the rear is a large, peaceful garden which is beautiful to sit in for a pre-dinner drink, weather permitting. Theres also ample car...

Three Cocks is a village handily located for visits to Brecon and Hay on Wye. The Inn is an old coaching inn with lots of character. Our room was spacious with antique furniture, a very large bed and an excellent en suite. There was no TV in the room but otherwise the facilities were very good. The owners were very...

Roy and Judith are what make this gorgeous Inn great! From the moment we walked in after a long drive both of them took care of us. The accommodation was top class. The food was divine and the hospitality was truly out of this world. I stayed on business but I would go back just to see these two gorgeous...

Stayed here for one night on our way to the Midlands. The grounds were beautifully kept, the inn itself was spotless. The proprietor was very helpful and cheerful. A lounge is available for people who are staying at the inn.

Excellent overnight stay. Couple who run the hotel are extremely welcoming. Stayed with two friends, we had three rooms altogether. All were spotlessly clean. Good size dining room. Evening meal and breakfast were beautifully cooked. Nice bar and lounge. We arrived on motorbikes, which did not phase our hosts at all. Can highly recommend and would certainly stay again. If...

We stayed here on our walk across country. This Inn is full of character with uneven floors so don't think you have had to much to drink. The rooms are excellent, clean tidy all you need for a comfortable stay. A first class shower tops it off. The Breakfast very good lots to choose from would recommend The Three Cocks...
