Lovely setting, owners so helpful & happy. Room was perfect and shower was like a massage! Pub across Road great for food & drink. Breakfast was so tasty and spoilt for choice with everything from fresh fruit and jams all the way to full Yorkshire breakfast.

Beautiful little bed and breakfast, nothing is too much trouble, immaculately cleaned lovely little touches in the room. The only fault is that the signal for mobile phones is non existent, unless balanced in the garden ,and wifi didn't work,I know it was a romantic quiet break, but as a mum of four children,I need that reassurance I can be contacted by my children...

We only stayed one night but they made us feel like regulars. A warm welcome, immaculate facilities and a top breakfast (with the best selection of Jams this side of the South Pole) all set in a beautiful part of the world. We'll be back.

The accommodation is one of the best I have stayed at, the staff were superb, they could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent. The only down side was the WI FI connection but that is no reflection on the overall experience of my stay.

Our two night stay at The Old Coach House was very relaxing. All the staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble to make our time there as good as possible. The room was well furnished, sumptuously comfortable bed and everywhere was spotlessly clean. It's the small touches and attention to detail ( like pads under the legs of...

Having to be in Yorkshire for a retirement/birthday party we looked for a suitable place to stay for our visit. Could not have chosen better, nice bright room with en-suite facilities, a warm welcome & lovely location. Good choice.

Our 3rd visit to this little gem just a few minutes from Ripon and we were not disappointed. The accommodation still excellent, staff so very helpful and friendly and breakfasts which are truly brilliant - everything cooked fresh to order. The breakfasts here have won awards and rightly so. All this in a lovely setting too.
