Room 8, was smaller and had a smaller bathroom but was very clean and fully functional and all the facilities of room 23. Both...

The two rooms we were shown REEKED of cigarette smoke, we decided not to stay! Such a shame, have stayed numerous time over the past 10 years but never again. Do the staff not realise is actually against the law to let there customers smoke in the rooms?

Visiting the area for a 50th Wedding Anniversary and wanted a place to stay, close by and somewhere we could base for the weekend celebrations. I found this hotel and booked for a 3 night stay. From arriving to leaving I had a most pleasant stay. The staff are at tentative and helpful. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. The area is beautiful. Well worth staying at even if you are visiting a few miles away.

This is a pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is situated only a few miles from Colne and an ideal stop, perhaps for people who are visiting Boundary Mill and wish to find a place to eat away from the town.
