I stayed last weekend for a night and thoroughly enjoyed the break at this independent hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the facilities were exactly as stated! Given the reasonable cost, I feel that they delivered a great service - I shall return.

Oh you know what this Hotel is so cute and Staff make you feel like Family, that I joined it as a Member, even though i live nearly an hour away. It has a lovely swimming pool and spa tucked away and an old fashioned library/lounge you can sit in whenever you want. Been here lots as a Member now...

Stayed at Flackley Ash over night as was a guest at a wedding there. The only two things I will review from the wedding aspect of this stay is the staff and the food, as I believe these two would be consistent with a normal stay. The starter option I had chosen was pâté, it was bland with next to...

We had a lovely evening spent at Flackley Ash. Our room was right up in the eaves, lovely views and a spacious room. Mini toiletries provided as well as water and hostess tray. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious, although staff seemed unaware we had sat down and wanted to order a cooked breakfast! We used the pool,...

My husband and I are local to Rye and wanted to have a traditional English style reception for our wedding. We looked at various venues but after arranging a meeting with the manager and seeing Flackley Ash we knew it was the venue we wanted. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming on our arrival and we were offered a...

Arrived at hotel, waited around for reception staff, as no-one was manning the desk, for room key. Was given key and told how to get there. Bedroom was nice, flush on toilet was tempramental. Food: starter was nice, main meal was beef - really rare and fatty, veg - cold, yorkshire pud and roast potato - cold so left most...

I hired out Flackley for my wedding. I was told by Penny, the manager/wedding planner, that it was a bespoke service. I was told I couldn't have what I wanted no less then 4 times. We hired out the entire hotel. Then when I was paying up and leaving there was a surprise bill for the ceremony room. I hired...

Comfortable clean rooms with a great fresh cooked breakfast using locally supplied goods. The sausages were the best, non-fancy, that I have tasted since childhood when we got them for a specialist butcher in Brenzett. Pool is small but the whole leisure centre area is clean and well maintained. Mattress a little softer than we are used to but comfortable....

Enjoyed our stay. Staff and food really nice especially breakfast lots of choice. The choice of room service and dinner menu could of been abit better. Facilities at hotel were excellent. Only thing really is the rooms need redecorating tiles broken in bathroom and scuff marks on walls. Apart from that would love to revisit. It was a lovely relaxing...
