Very calm place. Rooms very nice and clean. The atmosphere of the place is built by very nice and friendly hosts and service. Evening conversations in a pleasant atmosphere and with the addition of local wine and beer complete the picture of the Alloggio Agrituristico Albafiorita. I would definitely recommend

We have just returned from a four night stay at Albafiorita, our second visit here. The Hotel and grounds are just beautiful. Set in its own grounds and vineyard, it is a large stone house with magnificent high ceilings and wooden beams. The guest rooms are spacious and very comfortable with colour TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, lovely ensuite shower/wc etc. and is spotlessly clean. All the decor is typically Italian and totally in keeping with the age and wonderful style of the house. You really feel you are being spoilt as Dino is so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The situation of Albafiorita in Latisana is a good spot to explore the area. We were without a car but took the train from Latisana which is a short taxi ride away to Trieste which took just under an hour - the train fare was 31 Euros return for two adults. Udine is also an hour's bus ride away - cost 4.80 Euro per person one way. Lignano is on the coast and is a lovely place to visit and you can easily get to Venice by train for the day. The breakfast is the highlight of the day. The sunny dining room has a display that most five star hotels would be hard to reproduce. Cold local meats and cheeses, with antipasti. Fresh fruits, homemade delicious sweet treats made by Mama, fresh bread and rolls, honey made on the premises and much more. Dino is there every morning with his lovely Maria to serve you, always happy and smiling. We had the most wonderful stay and felt really relaxed and looked after. You can also buy the wine made there which is all first class - the Prosecco is our favourite! We can't speak highly enough of Albafiorita, the dedication and hard work that has been put into this lovely house is for all to see. Thank you Dino, Maria and Mama, we can't wait to come back. This Family run Bed & Breakfast is located on their own Vineyard and is the perfect romantic setting for your special getaway or family stay. The wine offerings are exceptional for Wine enthusiasts too. While the buildings are all new, they are in a rustic Italian style including stonework, exposed wooden beams, alcoves, trellis, etc. and all appear to have been in place for far more than their age. There is a very romantic rustic appeal to all with flowers blooming everywhere, vines covering walls, and rows of grapes surrounding the facilities. They do a great business and it is evident in their expansion adding new wings to their beautiful facility all in keeping with the history and quality of their original building. The rooms are quiet and provide all you need. They have rustic open beam ceilings and are furnished with Italian antique furniture; yet have all the modern conveniences with Italian tiled full bathroom, individual air conditioning/heat, room safes, Free Wi-Fi that works well, and Satellite flat screen TV. Second story rooms also offer a small balcony to sit and the main grounds have ample table/chair groupings available to sit, relax, and enjoy some quiet time with some of their exceptional Wines and Prosecco. While we love all their Wine offerings, their Cab Franc and Prosecco are our favorites. I recommend taking a selection home for direct comparisons to your favorites and I think you will agree that Albafiorita Wines may just become your overall favorites. A fantastic European home style breakfast in a quiet family style setting is included with your stay each morning and offers an array of local fruits and fresh home-made items. Yogurt, Granola, Nuts, Fresh fruits, Fruit juices, Fig/Berry/custard tarts, fresh Prosciutto, hams, fresh/aged cheeses, Olives, Pastries, Breads, and of course, Espresso or Cafe latte are all included and all special in their own way. Your eyes are sure to pop with the wide-array of fresh homemade Italian specialties far too numerous to mention here. (Please see the attached photos) This is a family run business and owners Dino De Marchi and his mother, along with their staff, were very gracious and accommodating to all needs. Cleaning staff are also very timely and through in making up rooms each day. An added plus is Dino’s ability to converse fluently in English, German, Italian and other languages for assistance and recommendations to area excursions and sights. While a bit isolated for walking to other area sights, a Taxi/Uber is available to the nearby train and bus station and the location is just off the A27 for fast access to Venice and other area attractions like Prosecco Hill. We rented a car at the Airport. I would highly recommend this B & B for the perfect quiet place to relax and use as your base to explore from. We just returned from our second stay and again Albafiorita did not disappoint us in any way. We definitely will return again, and we highly recommend this as a great choice for your Venice area stay. Dino and his family will become part of your Italian friend/family network and your enjoyment is guaranteed. I only wish I could stay for a few months and call this place home for a longer period.

I can't faull anything at this lovely Inn. Beds are as good, or better, as a Marriott bed. Breakfast is made by Mama in the kitchen which should be a mandatory training for all international Chefs to learn what a breakfast should be. The owners run the hotel and know each guest. We come back many times, i believe this is now our 10 stay. Simply wonderful.
