Kind hotelmanager and staff, always smiling and ready to help us whatever we needed.. They offer you shuttleservice att any time before midnight to and from towncenter and airport. Free coffee, tea and water all day from the kitchen. They took us to a tour agency named Explorer that did not complete an agreement. Questionable business, our plans for that tourday were destroyed

Stayed here for 6 nights in March with my girlfriend.

Room was large and spacious and the courtyard in the middle was well kept and nice. Shower was warm and free water each day was welcome. The breakfast was fair - an omelette and some toast. Wifi is in the lobby, not in the rooms.

The free shuttle service was useful - we will say it always felt like we were doing them a hardship by asking to use it however (the walk into town is about an hour!). When we did have it though, it was very useful and JoJo is a lovely guy with good music taste.

Lots of staff are around the hotel but they don't seem to do much... Our room was cleaned the first day but as time progressed, the degree to which it was cleaned got lower and lower (we had to ask for the water on the final two days). Understandable if we weren't the only guests in the hotel for four of the six nights.

Overall - it is a nice hotel, fairly maintained. Perhaps we caught it at a bad time as the staff seemed a bit lethargic. Be prepared for a lot of preplanning if you book here as it is far from the port. Especially if you are diving as the staff aren't keen on early mornings!

I can’t say enough how helpful the owners and the staff are here ! We arrived much later than we expected due to our airline being delayed and the owners went above and beyond to help us arrange a tour for the following morning and it was great !! The hotel has pick up and drop off at airport , they are located a bit outside of the central area and also offer complimentary rides to the main area during certain times , for off times it’s same charge as taxi. The hotel it self is basic , nothing fancy ( like a lot in the area ) but is just what you need here , it’s very clean & comfortable, hot water in shower , TV and air con worked well, reasonably priced !! Breakfast is offered toast , some fruits and they will make you eggs to order. All of the staff we encountered were all very kind and again great thanks to the owners who really go the extra mile for their guests !!!

Awful experience here- no reliable wifi, breakfast or shuttle! I booked for one reason - the free airport shuttle since I hate bargaining with the taxis. I emailed my details and it never showed. After an hour trying to get skype credit to ring the hotel, I finally got into touch with someone. On my return flight after a Komodo trip - breakfast starts at 0700 and I requested the airport shuttle at 0720. Staff overslept, Never got breakfast, almost missed my flight by the time there was transport coming and wifi never worked so unable to checkin. Agoda contacted the owner when I requested a partial refund and he apparently lied and said I got breakfast and there were no issues. Why someone would spend this much money building a property and then not serve the guests I have no idea. It is in the middle of no where on a badly maintained road. There are places 1/3 of the price in Labuan Bajo near restaurants. Spend your money there.

We stayed at the Komodo boutique hotel for eight nights during our stay in Labuan Bajo and cannot recommend it highly enough. The owner Mr Rustam is always present and very attentive to his guests and provides an incredibly professional and supportive service. He and his lovely wife even helped us with some immigration challenges as we needed to extend our 60 day Visa whilst there, going above and beyond anything They needed to do in providing assistance and transporting us on numerous multiple return visits to the immigration office. The hotel itself is wonderfully quiet and comfortable and really well set up around a courtyard garden with breakfast included. It’s location outside town is not a barrier as the hotel has three vehicles available for its 20 rooms and is very accommodating at picking Guests up and dropping off where ever they need to go. Ok there is no view but the garden and all other positives compensate for this. It is fantastic value for money within the often overpriced Labuan Bajo market. We looked at 4 other places in Komodo but Komodo Boutique far outshined them on all levels, especially service and care which they make a priority. The staff are very welcoming and friendly so all round it is a fantastic choice and fantastic people with the owners being absolute gems

Had a pleasant stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. They even provided a plug in for mosquitos (not that we saw many around the hotel)
The free shuttle to the port, town and airport was great, this allowed us to enjoy being a little out of town with no inconvenience or extra transport costs.

Great place to stay in Labuan Bajo! The city is noisy and dirty, the hotel is calm and quiet. A bit far from the town but the owners offer a complimentary transportation to the city center. Breakfast is ok, maybe need a bit more fruits but overall satisfying. Cleanliness is also good.

I highly recommend to stay in Komodo Boutique Hotel!

Very nice staff, good free breakfast (fruit, omelet, coffee, toast), nice room with comfortable bed, strong aircon, and a very nice bathroom with a fancy toilet with built in bum gun :). I was givin free transportation around town, my last day I was dropped off at a restaurant the picked up and taken to the airport. I enjoyed my stay and would reccomend to anyone who wants more then a homestay.

We had initially booked a hostel in town but my two kids and husbud took sick. So we looked for a more comfortable but reasonably priced place to stay so that they could rest. This place was a godsent since middle of the range hotels are scarce in Labuanbajo. The rooms are very clean and have a nice view on yhe garden. The place is quiet compated to the town centre's agitation. The staff are all very pleasant and the owner did everything to make our stay enjoyable. So I would recommend this place without hesitations.
