I'm a potential guest, myself (booked since last year for an upcoming stay), and have been in correspondence with them recently. Apparently, they just underwent ownership changes in the last few weeks. The ownership and management baton was passed from a Greek family to a boutique, Indonesian-owned chain (Sudamala Resorts). I just received an email from them yesterday stating that they will be doing significant renovations to the resort in Flores, effective immediately and will last until late June 2017. If you are planning to stay after June 2017, you might be okay, but the renovation is a big concern for guests like me and my husband who booked long before the changes for an impending stay. One of the things that I have noticed is with their quality of correspondence. Before, I would ask for a clarification on something and the Greek family would respond to me very quickly and clearly answering my question. Currently, they are taking a lot longer to respond and when they do, much of the answer they provide seem to be cut-and-pasted from a script, so you get a very long response full of information, but one that is not addressing your specific concern. I think this is due to language barriers and subtleties. However, I have also sent an email in Indonesian (I'm completely bilingual), and they did not respond to that at all. In fact, they chose to respond back in English and were still not answering my specific concern at the time. Hope this helps.
