Spent 9 days visiting our son in Yorkshire and what a find our hosts just could not do enough for us they were simply fabulous. The home cooked English breakfast will be in my memories for ever. Mark and Michelle are just marvellous people and have to say it is one of the best places we have ever stayed. We...

Stayed here for two nights, what a fabulous place. Look no further, just book. Excellent accommodation, wonderful hosts and great breakfasts. All set in a lovely little village, very near to Skipton, Howarth and Ilkely. Mark ( the owner) is also a wealth of local knowledge and recommended some lovely places to see/eat. Loved the little luxury touches too, top...

The only comment I have is that all the previous comments were correct and that the level of service provided by Mark (and Michelle) is still outstanding!. Breakfast is unbelievable both from a quantity and quality point of view - I didn't eat again until late evening and then only a snack. Further words are unnecessary; just visit and ENJOY

A 2 night stay in order to see our favourite choreographer's production at the Alhambra,Bradford was the main reason for our visit but this B&B made the visit even more enjoyable and relaxing. A warm friendly welcome, preceded by a courtesy call earlier in the day, from Mark ,the joint owner , set the scene. The room was spacious and...

My husband and I stayed in The Manor for Valentines weekend. I am Scottish and my husband is from Sunderland so we had reason to be in Bradford that particular weekend (FA Cup!). We drove down from Edinburgh early Saturday morning and my husband wanted to stay in city centre but I spotted The Manor online and wasn't going to...

The location is good, but the owners are what make this place special. From the moment me and my colleague arrived, we were made to feel welcome, with a hot pot of tea, biscuits and a real fire. The rooms were of a super high standard. We ate at the local pub in the evening, the owner dropped us off...

The room was very well-decorated and clean. The breakfast was amazing - the best black pudding ever, but also fresh fruit to start with to make you feel a bit virtuous. There are plenty of options for those who don't want a heavy breakfast, but they're missing out. Mark is an excellent host, as others have noted. We've stayed in...

My review for The Manor is well overdue. This is the best bed and breakfast ever. I stayed here over a number of years whilst visiting my elderly mother. It was always such a treat to stay here, rooms spotless, breakfast fantastic. Mark and Michelle were kindness personified, and I miss visiting them!
