Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was lovely and clean, pet friendly room which opened straight onto a grassed area.
Food was fab.
All in all I will definately return.

Our room was entered from the outside of the hotel. Very dark each evening as the lights didn't come on outside automatically. The room was wheelchair accessible and contained 1 standard size double bed and an ensuite wet room. The room was warm and cosy....More
Superb venue,, family's welcome . We had booked but knew that they were busy, great bar staff , waiting staff and food was absolutely stunning ( especially the baked apples& pork crackling)

Hi, thanks for your enquiry. Sorry not got back to you earlier but I have only this weekend got control of 'The Bluebell' trip advisor site (Although there is another on the holiday lettings side which may give you more feedback on the 'new' business model version of the Bluebell. Pub is leased out to the lovely Angie and is generally open 12 thru 11 and certainly does awesome food. Breakfasts are by prior arrangement. The 'room' is let out along with the accommodation as a whole - so more an event venue that a room by room hotel now. By all means check out the feedback for the Bluebell and indeed the other 'Huge Holiday Homes' properties - The Ship in Old Colwyn and The Mountain View in Penmaenamwr and let me know if there is anything else we can help you with.
