Fairly neat and tidy. Beach is hop, skip and jump away (not sure if it is patrolled though). We stayed here in winter, so couldn't utilize facilities to their fullest. Only concern, there is only a small electric room heater, so most nights I was freezing, they could do with air conditioning. Would be great for a family in summer,...

Don't expect bells and whistles. Clean, functional but more for families or groups. I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband found it too hard. Faux leather lounges and well worn paint and tiles. We stayed in A block and had lots of foot traffic in front of our room.

By the beach with bushland next door so plenty of animals. Birds in particular wake you up very very early every day. All part of nature I guess! The bushland also helps to bring the insects. Quite a few mozzies despite the screens, and a few cockroaches. At least they supply insect spray for the rooms. No view to speak...

this is an absolutely beautiful resort...I only have one problem and that is there was no air con in any of the accommodation...once I opened all the windows and turned on the fans it was nice and comfortable...this is really a place to go when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life...there is...

We managed to get this timeshare swap and are delighted we did. Wonderful spot only a short walk through the resort to the beach which was not patrolled but was great to take a long walk on. Blackhead beach is the one that is patrolled. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Barbecue area very clean and tidy, recreation room had...

Seashells is perfect for our extended family get-togethers. We book adjoining units - 6 for the latest trip - which means everyone is close together and there is always someone around to chat with on the long verandah. There are some 2-storey units; the one bedroom units are on one level which makes it easier for elderly family members. The...

Best beach front accommodation we have ever stayed in. So clean and comfortable, lots of things to interest all age groups. Shops nearby for everyday necessities. Beach is long and secluded, with fishing and swimming, but beware the rips. Bbq's are available to cook your own meal, or go to the Tavern for tasty, budget priced food in comfortable, modern...

Time share with occasional availability to traveling public--our good luck. Nice quiet resort with plenty to do. Only drawback for us was lack of restaurants nearby. Had to drive a few miles to Black Head NSW. Pastoral and off the main track. Would make for great family (fabulous beach) retreat

Located on diamond beach, this is an adequate resort at a lazy beach-style location. The beach is not patrolled, but huge for walking, fishing or potentially for surfing. The resort itself is perfectly located with direct beach access. The rooms are nothing special, although being self-catering is a definite plus if you have children or want to do your own...

Diamond Beach is a peaceful location and Seashells is right on this beautiful beach. There are many sporting facilities which were all in good working order and so easily available with no booking required. The maintenance staff were particularly helpful when they informed us we had a flat tyre and not only insisted on helping to remove it, but also...
