Diamond Beach Resort on the mid north coast of NSW is like a home away from home. It's relaxed and chill vibe is what keeps taking us back. Beautiful tropical surrounds, right on the beach (literally a few foot steps!) lovely host/owner and comfy beds and all round relaxed vibe. Nothing is every an issue. You can swim in the pool, relax and chat in the common areas, walk along the beach, go for a swim and watch the whales and dolphins. Local courtesy bus can also pick you up and take you to the pub for dinner. WIN WIN. Highly recommend for a very relaxed family holiday.

I rarely write reviews, but this place has made such a beautiful impression on my husband and I. We have travelled extensively and stayed in a variety of accommodation. We were only planning to stay one night. However, once we walked around the grounds, enjoying the tranquillity, and realised we were right next to the beach we extended our stay to 4 nights. Sharyn is so genuine and friendly. We felt truly welcome, which is very rare these days. The accommodation is roomy, clean, comfortable and great value for money. We've listened to the sound of the ocean waves rolling in, watched a beautiful sunrise, walked along the clean soft sand of the beach and strolled around the gardens. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in this area.

I am fully satisfied with food arrangement ,quality and quantity of food made available by the hotel in dining hall. The food is really sumptuous . I will not be wrong if instead of breakfast I call it ," brunch". As a senior retired bureaucrat from Govt of India , who has travelld widely , I can vouch that this is one of the best hotels , I have visited. The service provided by the staff is excellent and food is fresh. Mr Vijay maintains good contact with all customers. And vineth. Vani. Omar and Suset all of them behaved very politely and extended helping hand. I wish them all best of luck in their future endeavours.

Diamond Beach Resort was a perfect place to stop and relax with our family of 3 boys on route to QLD. We didn't want to leave and wish we had more time to stay longer. Location is a 10/10 and the boys loved roaming the beautiful gardens and reading in the hammocks. Sharyn's hospitality was great! We can't wait to visit again.

You know, sometimes you just want a little, quiet, nice getaway. And when you get it, it’s perfect, even if it’s not the shiny, latest sort of thing that travel shows want you to buy. A down to earth, honest, straightforward place to stay with grounds worth exploring and perfectly amenable to hanging around, reading a book in a hammock. Right until you feel like stretching your legs and walking the 100m or so to the beach to watch whales splashing about, dolphins cavorting, or sun- and moonrises. The area is also delightfully quiet and low key; with a couple decent restaurants nearby, and a few other places to explore. It’s looked after well, everything works, and the owner is a delightful, friendly individual. What’s not to like about the place?

Very clean, Tranquil surrounds, Quite and Close to the beach you could here the surf rolling in at night. We even had the pleasure of meeting Uni the Japanese Backpacker, Sharyn kindly put him up for the night and gave him dinner. Sharyn and Matt were friendly and welcoming. We will return.

This is indeed a piece of paradise. You don't even have to cross the road to be on the fabulous Diamond Beach. Remember the good old days, when you could let the children roam freely? Well, try it; they might even bring you some eggs, fresh from the coop.

An amazing gem to experience! We were struggling to find a place last minute on a Friday night… Sharyn is lovely and answered our call straight away, gave us a good price and flexible check out time. There was no need to book online. Beautiful resort right on the beach with that remote feel and the sound of waves to go to sleep with😌Nature all around and her adorable dogs, Mac, Reggie and Louie ( and chooks) that come to say hello :) A pool, bbq/pizza ovens, darts but still quiet and leafy.. we felt so relaxed here. Looking forward to visiting again.

We have visited Diamond beach Resort 3 times now and will keep going back. We recently visited with another family friends. Sharon is a lovely and caring hostess . Spacious , clean houses , lots of amenities to enjoy and soo close to the beach. My three year old has visited twice now snd keeps saying …are we going to diamond beach soon. The pool is so much fun for the kids. it has a adventure park very close which is fun for everyone. Must visit !

We’d been travelling down the coast and heard of this hidden gem called Diamond Beach so we booked here. Wow; what a wonderful experience! Located on a quiet pristine beach, this resort offers everything. We were greeted by the delightful Sharyn who provides a smile the size of the pool and she made sure our stay was exactly as we wanted it. With wildlife (friendly) roaming the grounds its is a perfect place to chill and enjoy the spectacular location. We’ll be back!
