Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic Amenities, Restaurant and bar. Nice clean room. Helpful staff. Only thing that could be improved would be if there was more than just commercial TV in the rooms, but will bring a chromecast next time for movie streaming.

Very rude mnagaer- Bruce Gee he said his name was. I will let our business know to never use this hotel in future. He was very blunt with my partner and offered no support but instead had a belittling manner when talking. Don’t be rude or leave the job!!!

Not enough beds for how many people we booked for. Shower temp wouldn't stay the same temp, kept changing every minute. Not much for kids to do. Had to share towels because we were given 2 when we had more the 2 in the room. Asked for extra blankets because 1 child had to sleep on the floor and no one brought them up. Lady at the coffee shop was lovely and so was the front desk man. They were so accommodating during breakfast. Was clean and comfy room for those of us that had a bed

Dear Tanahyag Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. We hope to see you again some time soon, Regards Bruce - Atura Management

When we arrived the young gentleman at the front desk told me he had stuck us in the back corner on the 4th floor. I was not given any instructions on where the lifts were or how to get to our room. When we opened the door to our room there was a single bed in the middle of the room, no-one could tell me why it was there. We were also given a disability bathroom, again not sure why. The next morning I had to go down to your cafe to get milk as we only had 3 little pods of milk in the fridge. The lady who gave me extra milk was lovely and very helpful. Being a Atura member I thought we might have been treated a little bit better than we were.

The restaurant food quality was quite poor with minimal selection given that there wasnt much options around the area. The breakfast selection was so minimal for what you pay. ordering food was difficult during busy times as only option was through the bar with most people being served for alcohol. QR codes on tables would be better if service staff is limited. restaurant was so noisy no other place to serve food for dinner.

The room is clean and nice with bathtub. Receptions greeted us with a smile even though we checked in past 9 pm. We had Delicious buffet breakfast that surprisingly was included in our room rate. Plenty of parking space.

I stayed here over easter and checked out today, i paid a $200 deposit and would expect that amount back as i paid straight away everyday for my stay no matter what the rates was daily, to only recieve a refund of $122.31 minus $23 for minibar service. How is this possible to not get the deposit i gave them the 1st night.. I called the staff member on that day, i called at 12pm on Tues 11/4/23 trying to make sense of this such low refund he was not not understanding the issue here and trying to say the rate changes, it shouldnt matter what the daily rate is us as patrions are still paying that amount coming straight off the card, as it should not affect the deposit amount. I stayed 5 days straight and feel ripped off .. Very unhappy
