Just lovely! We stayed for 3 nights in The Stables over the New Year period and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Carol was very welcoming upon our arrival and was there if we needed anything. The location is perfect for visiting Wells and we even managed to fit in a trip...

What a beautiful place! Everything you need is here plus more. It's so lovely. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The perfect spot for a romantic get-away. The grounds are lovely and it's very close to Wells, Glastonbury Abbey, the Tor and more. For families, Wookey Hole is very nearby.

We stayed in Garden Suite 2, a small but oh-so-perfectly formed log cabin. Carol gave us a lovely welcome - as did the handsome black cat who escorted us in :) - and everything had been thought of - even a small amount of real milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable -...

Had a fantastic stay at Swallows Nest with my husband! Well equipped & spotlessly clean! The views from the terrace are amazing and it's so quiet & peaceful, just the sound of cows & sheep in the distance. We were welcomed by Carol who is very pleasant and told us the best places to eat and to visit. We even...

Lovely... thankyou SO much for this splended review of Swallows Nest. I have to admit it has a wonderful view. The big cat probably assumed you were outside eating so came up to scrounge! He is a very friendly chap though! I am delighted you enjoyed your stay, and hope to welcome you back again very soon. Carol

We booked very last minute and were incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful place. The garden suite that we were in was self catering, but there were tea and coffee supplies to get us started and the kitchen was very well appointed with dishwasher and washing machine. The information package that was left for us was comprehensive and...
