Fantastic location, great facilities including new facilities block which has everything you need or want! Well laid out camping sites with or without power. Great cabins available too! Well maintained. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good facilities including swimming pool. Only a short walk to the beach. Cycle track close by to take you all the way to Nelsons Bay.

Thank you for your review. Our new amenities block has proved to be very popular with our guests. The separate family and disabled rooms are a great extra service, along with the disabled car park, directly in front of the block. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, would like to see you in the near future. Kindest regards, Kylie...

We spent 4 nights here. It was relaxing, yet close enough to visit attractions around Nelson Bay, heaps of restaurants, bush walks and bike tracks. Beach across the road, which is not busy, is good for a morning or afternoon stroll. Really friendly staff who were very willing to help. Great pool which we did use, lovely playground which we...

Thank you for the wonderful review of our Park. Fingal Bay is a lovely, peaceful area that is close enough still to all the tourist action throughout Port Stephens. We are glad you enjoyed your trip and we hope to see you again real soon. Regards, Kylie Moyle Assistant Manager Fingal Bay Holiday Park

We stayed in the Surf House for a week, it is very spacious with room for everyone to spread out and have their own little section if required! Everything was well appointed from the kitchen to laundry to the technology for viewing & listening pleasure. You can't beat the location either. The pool and playground were lots of fun for...

Stayed at the Holiday Park last week in a Surf Villa. Cabins well appointed for cooking and very spacious. The grassed cabins along the main road would have been better for our kids as they could have played out the front but we did have ocean views which was nice. The park is a two minute walk from the beach...

Thanks for the great review. Now you have stayed at the Park, don't forget to mention when your booking your preference in cabin. The beach is generally protected from rough surf and is a favourite with families. Hope to see you again in the near future. Kindest regards, Kylie Moyle Holiday Park Coordinator

This was the first time for decades that we had stayed in a holiday park. It was a mid week stay so we were probably lucky that the surf villas were not all filled and so we didn't have any noisy neighbours. The cabin was a good size and although a bit dated inside it was clean, comfortable and had...

Great place to stay, very clean, spacious, facilities all in working order, staff mostly friendly. Only down point- in nearly 40gegrees the pool was 30. So not really refreshing- but at least there was a pool, so all good... & the beach literally across the road.

Thanks for your feedback. The weather was exceptionally hot for our area last week and it did indeed heat up the pool. Thank goodness the water temp at the beach was cooler. Hope to see you in the near future. Kindest regards, Kylie Moyle Holiday Park Coordinator

This is a great holiday park. Best park I have stayed in. Great location and large resort pool. Beautifully kept gardens and surrounds. Garden villa overlooked lovely cool native plants. The park was booked out during our stay but it was quiet and private. Hot weather made bearable by excellent air con and near to pool and beautiful beach. Loved...

Our bedroom window was located only a few metres from a road lamp which lights up the bushes outside the bedroom window and flashed on and off (between 10 and 30 seconds) all night Monday so we informed Management of the problem the next day. Because Management did not change the lamp that day they should have offered to move...

Sorry to hear you were inconvenienced during your stay. A street lamp is something we would need an electrician to attend to, they may not have been available immediately. I am surprised that if another cabin was available, that our Customer Service Officers did not offer you to move. I apologize for any discomfort you felt during your stay. I...
