Stayed at Hopes b&b for one night last week. What a beautiful place - spotless, quiet, delicious breakfast and warm and friendly owners. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back when we are next in the area.

This b&b is a real gem, amazing hosts with a real personal welcome, all amenities you can ask for and a fantastic full English each morning. Car necessary to explore the beautiful surrounding country side. Top perk was meeting the doggos Willow and Poppy, such characters. Amazing stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights as there was a local running race going on. Hopes came recommended and it is obvious why. Set in the picturesque village of Norton Sub-Hamden, Hopes B&B has a classic farmhouse/village feel to it. Our room was very large, as was the bathroom. Essentials such as tea, coffee and biscuits came...

I chose to stay here with my two children aged 8 & 6 years old plus my Dad in his 70's as the accommodation suited all of our needs. Myself and the children stayed in Swallows Rest which is a spacious two storey one bedroom cottage. The layout was perfect with a large comfortable double bed and room enough for...

Ann and Sam made me feel so welcome and i had a wonderful two night stay whilst visiting a friend. My room was lovely and because of the heat Ann had put a summer duvet on bed! Bliss. Breakfast was fabulous, the gardens are beautiful and it is blissfully quiet. Heaven !

We stayed here for three nights in August when we celebrated our sons wedding reception in the village. Our daughter joined us for one night and on the last night; our two combined families and friends took over the entire cottage. All the rooms are lovely and beautifully furnished. Anne kindly offered us the use of the ironing board for...

Just returned from a one night stay at Hopes B&B. My partner and myself, were down here for a family function, and needed accommodation. I have to say that this lovely B&B is outstanding in it's service and hospitality - I have stayed in many before, but never encountered anywhere else compared to this excellent standard. Our needs were minimal,...
