we absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. Everything about the three day stay was perfect. The location is so peaceful, right next to the stream and close to the huge magnolia tree. The bed was soooooo comfy and the pretend open fire was lovely and warm. The balcony was probably our second favourite place aside from the big bed!!!...

A beautiful location set on the high side of the road. The cottages are so pretty and quaint. Each has everything you need for a few days getaway. Wake up to see beautiful native birds on the balcony. Local store just down the road has great coffee and good brekky and snacks. Hyams beach is just a short stroll down...

These are a row of 8 beautifully restored timber fisherman's cottages just for couples. From their back verandas they have views of the bay. They are self contained with everything you need although fairly limited toiletries. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle and toaster with a barbecue area at the back of the property. This was adequate as there is...

These cottages were like little pastel doll houses for grown ups. Beautifully, and yet simply, decorated with a comfy bed, classic styled bathroom, mini kitchenette, dining and lounge area and a little balcony. Perfect for a couple. Positioned directly across the road from a lovely little horseshoe beach with white sand and crystal blue water. I could go there very...

I spent 4 nights in the adorable pink seaside cottage (no 2) on a writing retreat. It was divine. Being petite, I felt I had found my home. My own personal Dolls House! Falling asleep to the sound of ocean lapping the shores, waking up to the most stunning sunrise and a morning jog and dip made for an inspirational...

We stayed 4 nights mid week in Feb in the lilac cottage (#1) which is the closest one to the road. However there is very little noise from the road and the views are spectacular. Pros - less than a minute walk to the beach and beachside cafe, less than 10 mins to restaurants and shops in Huskisson, cottage well...

We loved our stay here! The cottages are quite small and quaint, however they are perfectly adequate for a couple for a few nights. The location is fantastic. They are very close to the café up the road and they're walking distance to both Chinamans and Hyams Beaches. We love sitting out on the balcony, listening to the birds nearby...

Wow what an amazing time we had staying in these seaside cottages. They reminded me of a cute dolls house! My husband & I had a lovely romantic time celebrating our 18th Wedding Anniversary. Cannot wait to go back! Very clean and has everything you need.

OK, so the Aussie dollar has hit tough times and that for me means more Jervis Bay and less Hawaii. Do not despair, only a few hours out of Sydney is this absolute gem of a place nestled minutes away from Hyams Beach and next to its very own babbling brook. We loved every second of it. Forget the tortures...
