Welcoming and friendly hosts Lynn and Les, in a lovely cottage. Went for a long weekend with dog and had a great time. We stayed in their smallest room but it was perfectly comfortable and with en suite. Well located to visit various different spots in the area. A nice vegetarian cooked breakfast, and fresh fruit, coffee and juice, and...

We had spent a week on The Scillies and the Scillonian didn't dock till 7.30pm so we needed somewhere close to spend a night before moving onto a new camp site. Lynn and Les couldn't have been more friendly. The B&B was a delight and the home cooked full English breakfast delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed with Lynn and Les for 8 nights and we couldn't have asked for a better choice of B&B. The B&B is conveniently located between Land's End and Penzance,so we were able to see so much of Cornwall on our stay. It was nice to be out in the countryside and enjoy some quiet walks, rather than staying in the...

Had a fantastic time at Bolankan. We were made very welcome. The rooms are very clean and the breakfasts superb. Diet now. Close to all major attractions but far enough away to be away from it all. Thanks Lynn and Les. See you again I'm sure Kevin and Sue

Thanks to Lyn and Les we had a really comfortable night at Bolankan....after a horrendous experience in Porthleven, this was a breath of fresh air. Warm and welcoming Lyn and Les could not do enough for us. The house is spotless, the breakfast huge along with Les' wry humour a real gem of a place. Thank you!

We love this place. Far enough away from Penzance to really be in the heart of Cornwall. Cosy, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are the best quality. Be warned - they are huge! Lynn and Les are old friends now, and this was only our second visit. Dog lovers and very welcoming. They are also brilliant at advising you when and...

This is a lovely little B&B perfectly placed for exploring the far west of Cornwall or , as we did , staying overnight prior to an early morning flight to Scilly. Lyn and Les give a fabulous welcome . The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. At only £70 for the room what more could you ask for.

We (Maggie and Felix, both 29) spent two nights an this very special place. Lynn and Les are wonderful hosts. We had some great conversations. They gave us lots of tips and hints about destinations in Cornwall; we had a very nice and tidy room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We will...
