After reading reviews from other travelers on Trip Advisor and wanting to dive Roatan, I knew we had to check out Barefoot Cay/Barefoot Divers. We we not disappointed! I can say without a doubt, after traveling to the Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Bonaire, Curacao and the Turks and Caicos, that this was the best resort experience we have had. The resort...

We had a great experience at Barefoot Cay. The setting is beautiful. It is a small resort, so we never had to fight crowds. The service was very good. The diving and snorkeling sites were within a 5 or 10 minute boat ride. The accomodations and food were excellent. A great place to go for relaxing and diving.

Let me start by saying that this is the nicest place in all of Roatan. The hotel is amazing and words can't describe it. The staff is top notch. They wait on you hand and food and will provide you anything you need. The kitchen staff is at the pinnacle of service. The food is amazing and they even cooked...

There's a reason Barefoot Cay is #1 for Roatan. It's Mel. Actually it's Mel and all of the people at the Cay. It is truly a special place that I miss very much. I know we will travel there again in the future. I got married at Barefoot Cay last year (I'm at the bottom of the wedding pictures on...

We absolutely LOVED this place. We stayed in the Bungalow and it was so much more than anticipated. I loved that the bedroom faced the beach! It was so nice to see it in the morning. The service was top notch, I feel so bad for forgetting the lady's name, but she brought us our breakfast every morning and if...

Despite the rainy weather, which is typical this time of year, sun prevailed and the accommodations were perfect. With timely and friendly service from airport to villa, relaxation begins immediately. A welcome cocktail along with a tour of the cay, and answers to any questions, you will realize customer service is first and for most. The views of the caribbean...

My husband and I traveled to Roatan at the end of September 2010. We stayed at Barefoot Cay. It was incredible! The people were so nice and helped us with whatever we needed. When we arrived in Roatan (after 4 flights), our bags didn't arrive with us. After getting this straightened out at the airport, the Barefoot Cay shuttle took...

Barefoot Caye exceeded our wants and needs as well as our expectations, which were very high based on previous reviews on Tripadvisor. We were greeted at the airport by Paul and taken 15 minutes by van to the resort. We were met at the Caye with a drink and had a friendly tour of the Caye, the dive shop, and...
