Impeccable service, great stay. Special shout outs and thanks to Chefs Luwell and Alex for personally taking care of my children’s food allergies. They made sure that my boys felt included in all the meals. Thanks also to Rojie of In Room Dining for taking good care of my boys’ food. For an allergy mom its a big win , the hotel kitchen made our stay a worry free stay when it comes to my children’s food allergies. The hotel kitchen is very good at accommodating food allergies. After a long flight from Los Angeles, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk team—Syra, Gerald, and Toni—who ensured a smooth check-in process. As Hyatt Globalist members, we were thanked for our loyalty and consistently received exceptional service throughout our stay. Whether it was parking validations or other requests, the lobby team was always ready to assist with a smile.
We stayed in room #5616, located just below the Grand Club level, which offered breathtaking views and immaculate comfort. The housekeeping staff, particularly Banjo, maintained our room impeccably, ensuring we had a spotless retreat every day.
The Grand Club became a daily highlight for our family. Offering a complimentary breakfast for two adults and two kids, the spread of Western and local dishes was more like a lavish brunch, delighting us every morning and on some evenings as well. On special occasions like December 25th and January 1st, we were given vouchers to dine at the Grand Kitchen, where the breakfast offerings were even more expansive and indulgent.
Special recognition goes to the Grand Club team—Karissa, Airah Sai Fayth, DJ, Maia, Matt, and Sherlyn—for their outstanding hospitality. Every time we entered or left the club, we were greeted by name and treated with genuine warmth.
We also made great use of the pool and spa facilities. Daphne and Cyril at the spa/pool desk ensured we had access to everything we needed, and Julian provided top-notch poolside service. Dining at the Pool House was a treat, with delicious meals and fantastic service provided by Phillip Arranza, who consistently made sure we were well taken care of.
The seamless service extended all the way to checkout, where Reylan helped us with our luggage. When my son realized he had left behind two favorite golf balls, Czareena went above and beyond to help us retrieve them promptly.
Our stay was nothing short of memorable. From the immaculate rooms and luxurious amenities to the outstanding service provided by the entire team, the Grand Hyatt Manila truly stands out as a world-class property. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Had another wonderful stay at GHM. This is our third time here. We booked a Long Stay package and airport pickup was included. I was told that a sedan will pick us up but upon arrival, we were led to a van, which was much roomier than a sedan and cool towels and water were waiting for us. We even thought that we will be sharing a ride with other guests, but we had the van to ourselves (2 pax) so it was a really comfortable ride to the hotel. Ericsson, our driver was really nice and a careful driver.
Upon arrival, Natividad, the security at the entrance was ever ready with her smile. Since we booked a Club Room, we were assisted by Reylan to the 57th Flr to check in. Karissa helped us check in seamlessly and even though we were early, we were able to check in since our room was ready. The room, 2 doubles, was a bit dusty but was cleaned as soon as we requested housekeeping. Pillows and linens smell fresh, though. No banana chips this time :)
A few days in, we requested to be transferred to a single bed room and was able to do so with the help of Cedric, the wonderful Manager at the Club Lounge. Room was clean, pillows & linens smell fresh, bottled water, coffee and tea amenities were always refilled and replenished. Thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Junnel & Roxanne for being so extra with their notes & towel arts. One issue in both rooms, shower doors don't close well so water leaks to the vanity area. This seems to be an issue even in our prior stays.
One of the best parts of our stay is The Club Lounge. It is a nice place to have breakfast and hors d'oeuvres, almost like dinner as it is so filling. There's not a lot of people and it's not chaotic. Shout out to Cedric, the manager, Airah, Maiah, Sai, Matt, Joseph at the reception; Chefs Patty, Jammy, Joy, Noreen, Jayson & the crew - Tasha, Faith, Hana, Mark, Rich, and all the club & kitchen staff I never get to meet personally or I might have missed to get the names of --- great job everyone. Appreciate your hard work. Can't wait to come back again hopefully soon.

The hotel is clean and nice. Very kind and welcoming staff at the pool and spa who gave us a tour of facilities. Housekeeping staff also very nice - told them the room floor is very slippery and not safe for seniors when using the provided slippers, they cleaned and applied something on the floor which made it not slippery. Not very happy with Grand Club staff - request to eat one breakfast at Grand Kitchen instead at Grand Club declined and was told wrong club guest rate.

My first time 3 nights staying in grand hyatt manila was truly a wonderful experience celebrating my anniversary we had immaculate housekeeping service by feline and carlo. Even thought we had only few minutes conversation they made sure to meet/ exceed my expectations with the room cleaning adding such small and impactful details, with such consistent replacements of our necessities. We do wish that the food service was a bit better at the peak and that the front desk staff was a bit more acknowledgeable towards us, but we did feel the hyatt cares with the housekeeping staff.We are truly grateful and are excited for our next visit at the grand hyatt manila!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila and overall, my experience was just okay. I must say that the food provided at the hotel was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
One highlight of my stay was the friendly reception I received upon arrival. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. However, I do have one major complaint about the bellman service. Upon checking out, I handed over my luggage to the bellman and even gave him a tip while waiting for my car at the lobby. However, to my surprise, he disappeared without a word and did not assist me further. This was quite disappointing and left a negative impression on my overall stay.
Speaking of the rooms, they were quite nice and I particularly enjoyed staying on the 58th floor, offering breathtaking views of the city. I must say that the rooms themselves were comfortable and well-maintained, which added to the pleasantness of my stay.
However, there is one aspect that the hotel should definitely improve upon, and that is the hardware of their toilet water closet bidet. It felt flimsy and cheap, which was unexpected considering the hotel's 5-star rating and higher room rates compared to other properties. I believe a more advanced toilet system would greatly enhance the overall luxury experience for guests.
Overall, my stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila was satisfactory. The delicious food, friendly reception, and comfortable rooms were definite highlights. However, the disappearing bellman and subpar toilet water closet bidet left room for improvement. I hope the hotel management takes note of these points and works towards enhancing the guest experience in the future.

Always so clean!! And so welcoming, the staff were so polite (Our housekeeping was Cath and she was very sweet and on time!) The bedsheets were so comfy and soft, all the soaps and shampoos were very high quality. It was also only a 10-15 min walk from High Street, and other restaurants in Burgos Circle!

The experience here really feels opulent. I can't say enough about the staff, the building and the food. I especially cannot say enough about the housekeeping attendant, Cath. She did a fantastic job and really noticed little details about me without ever seeing or speaking to me. She noticed that I was drinking through the water and left extras. She noticed that I was keeping a glass on the bedside table so made sure to leave extra glasses in the sleeping area and not just the bathroom. All the personal touches, including notes to tell me she was hoping I was having a great stay and to let her know if I needed anything, really made coming back to my room after a long day at work, far from home a dream. I struggle to call this experience "great"—the best I can offer is "average." I usually avoid giving harsh reviews, but I feel compelled to share this because a hotel of this caliber should do better when it falls short. Here are my main concerns:
Issues: Slow Bellhop Service It took over 10 minutes for a bellhop to arrive at our room. At other 5-star hotels, this service typically takes less than 5 minutes. The delay set a poor tone for our stay.
Rollaway Bed Mishap We were promised a rollaway bed that never arrived. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to call the front desk, only to learn that none were available. The only solutions offered were moving us to a downgraded room with two full beds (from our reserved king) or giving us blankets for the couch. It then took another 10 minutes just to get those blankets. This inconvenience delayed us getting ready for bed, especially as the room’s exposed bathroom design made it impossible to shower while waiting for housekeeping to deliver the bedding (which they never offered to set up for us).
Small Rooms for a Luxury Hotel The room size was underwhelming for a hotel of this stature. It felt cramped and significantly detracted from the overall experience.
False "Upgrade" Promise At check-in, I was told we were “upgraded,” yet the room we received matched exactly what we had booked. This felt disingenuous and disappointing.
Positives: Beautiful Lobby The lobby is stunning—perhaps that’s where the “luxury” price tag comes from.
Great Club Level Food The club level offerings were excellent if you arrive during early or mid-serving hours. However, if you come later in the day, the selection is noticeably lacking.

As expected, laundry services are a bit pricey so we used Lualhati Laundry nearby. They charge 60 pesos per kg (drop off) if I remember correctly and they offer pick up & delivery as well.

Hi Martin,
The standard check in is 2pm and check out is 12pm. I was allowed to check in at around 12:30pm so I am not sure if they can accommodate a much earlier time. I was only allowed to extend an hour (until 1pm) for the late check out without charges. I did not ask if they allow super late check out, but you can leave your luggages at the reception area. I used the Grab app for my commute from the airport to the hotel, but if you would want the hotel to make arrangements for you, I highly suggest that you contact them directly at +63288381234 or reply to the confirmation email that you received for your booking confirmation.
