"This is literally a place from heaven; views to die for; accommodation that is outstanding both in terms of comfort and views; breakfasts that could not be surpassed (and we've stayed in lots of places globally). Sue and John White are tremendous hosts - that rare and wonderful mix of knowledgeable, friendly, generous but not imposing. This is a location...

I first visited Cove Cottage in the early days whilst walking the South West Coastal Path I stopped and had tea and scones on the patio overlooking the sea. Cove Cottage is in a sublimely beautiful location situated in a valley with a stream running alongside the garden with garden and stream both finishing at the sea edge surrounded by...

I've never been so comfortable in a B&B. Anywhere. Physically and Socially. Sue and John are generous in the small details of shortbread with the tea, luxury robes, lamps and table surfaces to settle in. Then there's the large room, undivided, looking over sea and gardens, oriental carpeted, lovely appointments, fine, fine linen and a gorgeous bed and bath. The location...

This is the best place to stay. Incredibly comfortable suite of rooms with beautiful views, very welcoming and informative hosts, excellent breakfast, beautiful gardens down to a rocky beach. Well off the beaten track, away from the tourists, its very hard to tear yourself away at the end of your stay.

Cove Cottage is nothing short of the seventh level of the seraphim. A room with a view of beautiful gardens and the Cornish coast that is second to none, a large exquisitely clean and comfortable bedroom with a similarly large bathroom, and hosts Sue and John who are incredibly gracious and produce fabulous hearty breakfasts served on the terrace overlooking...

Our much anticipated return to this beautiful B&B did not disappoint. It was a delight to be back and our hosts, John and Sue, greeted us with familiar smiles and handshakes. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and breakfast was delicious, as usual. We came in Spring and their beautiful garden was blossoming...a delight to just spend time in, relax and...

You cannot say too much about Cove Cottage and Sue and John. I found this perfect place whilst walking the coast path and vowed to return. It was better than the memory had allowed it to become. The whole experience is just perfect from start to finish and everything will be better than you can reasonably expect it to be....

We stayed here for only two nights unfortunately, Sue & John are just the most wonderful people, who have the most special, beautiful house & gardens that we where lucky enough to experience. As soon as we arrived, We where made to feel welcome, you feel so at ease with them both as they are a joy to talk too....

My wife and I flew from Switzerland to walk the South West Coast Path from St Ives to Marazion. The stretch from St Loy to Lamorna was of particularly interest to me, as David Tangye and Jean Nichols chose to make this place their home in the 1950s and went on to grow daffodils amongst other things, write books and...

It's very hard to find somewhere as beautiful as this in coastal Cornwall, especially in high season. Sue and John are great hosts - helpful, friendly but unobtrusive. Breakfasts are fantastic too. Great sea views, wonderful garden and right on the coastal path. Perfect.
