A week before checking into this hotel . A friend and I was staying 50 meters away in another hotel walked to this hotel at 6 am ( breakfast starts at 6:30) and booked 4 rooms for 2 days for our event . We talked to the girl called Kring who took our reservations . She gave us the hotel... More

LOCATION: centrally located in Pagadian, in Rizal St and very close to Gaisano Mall. SERVICE/STAFF: The staff is a bit distant, and seems not that friendly. That is in comparison to every other hotels, guesthouse, inns I've been in the world. CLEANLINESS: The room is very clean. Bathroom is also very modern and spacious. COST: at PHP780/room, it is comparable... More

Quick check-in and check-out. No windows in the room. There is an effort to keep the face of the building look 'new' but the rooms looked old, smelled old. Complimentary toiletries only include a small soap. Towels were thin and old. Glad I brought my own towel. Trash can in my room had trash in it when I got there.... More

My first time to stay in this hotel although I have attended conferences and meetings held at their function rooms a couple of times. The staff never offered to assist with our luggage. Front desk personnel are not that warm. The hotel has a small receiving area. Its clean and well-lighted. Their corridors leading to the elevator are not. Lobby... More

I stayed here in early April of 2015. The hotel is in the central business area of Pagadian and only a two minute walk from the city's only mall. I had previously stayed at the hotel four years ago and was pleasantly surprised by the renovations and improvements. I stayed in the ‘Presidential Suite’ (room 605) which, I was informed,... More

Was given a twin bed sharing room and found it too small. The beds are small and only Asian sizes can fit into. There is no window, therefore no ventilation. Ref is big but TV is small. Restaurant and coffee area almost merged with reception area.

I have been in and out of Pagadian CIty and Hotel GUillermo has always been my choice. i have tried others but they are not that dynamic to my needs. One advantage is proximity to shopping, regional offices, church, park... Rizal Avenue is the main road...entry and exit hiway. Aside from in-house Guiller Cafe's hi end cuisine for solo or... More

Hotel location was great, it was located in the city, near the airport and the Gaisano mall. The room is typical looking with two single beds. There was no toilet rug and the white towels looked yellowish. We stayed their for one night before our trip back to Manila. We chose Hotel Guillermo (HG) because of its location, but the... More
