Just called in when passing and found it a very warm and welcoming place. Huge games area to the rear too. On a winter weekday they were closing at 3pm for a break but understandable in the current climate. Well kept beer, friendly. Spot on.

We stayed at this pub recently for 3 nights. The accommodation was really excellent, modern decor, immaculately clean and comfortable. Full toiletries are provided and a tray of various drinks plus biscuit snacks. One lovely surprise was the box of chocolates left on the bed....More

We found the New inn to be very pleasant and enjoyed our selection from a good menu. My prawn sandwich was particularly tasty. Local beers and cyders.
