We've eaten here a number of times over the years and the meals are consistently good. Last night was no exception. I had the pork medallions in peppercorn sauce and my husband had the beef. For starters we had the risotto balls and Camembert and shared a sticky toffee pudding for dessert. All the food was of a very high... More

Very good accommodation, pleasant staff, good breakfast, but the evening meal was no more than average. Well positioned for Cirencester and Gloucester and other interesting features. We would go back but may eat out.

This is our second stay at the Colesbourne as part of a weekend at the races. Location, service and atmosphere all great. Staff all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Some great local walks to burn off the calories too.

i didnt stay there, just called in with a colleague to try the food. It all seeme very expensive on the menu and we decided on a sandwich. I had a steak and caramelised onion sandwich. Now then....... it initially came out with blood dripping out of it and being soaked up by the bread... which not only looked really... More

Stayed Friday to Sunday. Great location. Easy to park. Accommodation could be viewed as expensive for what it is (c£90/night for fairly standard room) but when you factor in parking, location and the fabulous breakfasts it works out at great value. We had a friendly welcome and decided to eat at the venue for both nights for convenience. The food... More

The colesbourne Inn is exactly like the photos on the website , lovely place , stayed there 3 nights, and was so handy walking 20 metres to the pub to have tea . The inn is on its own , away from any town , but was pretty busy , with guests and many other drive in diners . Food... More

Apologies in advance for sounding like the owner of this place but I couldn't find fault with it. Great rural location, room was excellent, staff were friendly, food was really good especially the breakfast and the real ales were excellent. What I liked about this place was the attention to detail, small things like a mirror in the bathroom that... More
