The hotel is located near Nimman Road, just a few minutes' walk to Chiang Mai's second largest shopping mall, Maya, One Nimman and many Michelin restaurants. Next to the hotel there are two secluded massage parlors and authentic seafood restaurants, a cheap but unique izakaya and a small garden bar. The quality of the breakfast provided by the store is also satisfactory, and the transportation is quite convenient. Since the hotel is away from the most congested road in the Nimman District, it also provides a large number of free parking spaces. Travelers who do not travel by car are recommended to use Grab or Bolt to travel. I was impressed by the polite and proactive housekeeping staff. I originally wanted to book a two-bedroom room for this trip, but because the hotel was full, I could only book a triple room and a two-bedroom room respectively. The front desk staff specially arranged room transfers on the same floor and early check-in, which saved me a lot of trouble. Thank you to the front desk Thanks to the help of the manager Tom, I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Chiang Mai.

Stayed here for a short trip in CNX on 28 Mar 2023. The place was really good vibe providing as the same of branding name. Good location , just close to the Maya Shopping mall and Nimmarn Rd. Only 15 minutes from CNX airport. Room is confortable and bed is like sleep on the could. Easy to travel in Chiang Mai down town. Staff is nice and consitency helpful with food service mind. Food is variety and tasty. Recommend this place , Cross Vibe Decem to your stay for an upcoming trip in Chiang Mai.

It's an economical hotel with slightly small rooms. The space might feel cramped for two people. It gets quite noisy at night, which can affect sleep quality. I wouldn't recommend it for those sensitive to noise. The swimming pool is located beside the restaurant. I had planned to swim in the morning, but it felt odd with diners seated nearby. I suggest considering extending the pool's hours to start after breakfast ends. As it's an economical choice, it suits backpackers. Additionally, having a clothesline directly on the balcony is a great feature.

- We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. I can only say it was 4 nights too long. - Arrived at the hotel, checking in was fast - Rooms are very basic (with a hostel feel). The rooms we were in had no soap, a broken safe, and a broken patio door that did not lock. When reported, they were all fixed pretty quickly. - The room has little storage space. - A view of the mountains does exit even if blocked by other surroundings. - Breakfast is pretty basic and has a small selection of continental items. The coffee was good. - There is a bar and restaurant at the venue. The drinks were not great but the food was actually not too bad! - The gum is small and some of the equipment did not work. - The WiFi worked at times, not all the time. - This is not a 4 star hotel. More lower 3. - I am travelling with a friend. It was my friend’s bday whilst we were there and so I got in touch with the hotel to arrange for cake, sparkling wine and a recommendation for restaurants. After waiting a day or so for a reply, they curtly told me they offered neither with no recommendations for special places to eat. They said they provided birthday amenities but didn’t expand on what when I asked what these were. They responded saying they would provide a birthday cake. What they meant by this, was that they would make a cake out of towels on the day! - Location is in Nimman and very close to Maya Shopping Centre and One Nimman. - Whilst it is closely located to the airport noise is a problem. - However, if you want a good nights peaceful sleep, this place is not it. Whilst the beds were comfortable, the overhead noise from the planes taking off from 7am to 2am at night. At times it felt like sleeping in an airfield or a runway. Aside for. The planes there was constant music, bikes and other activity. - If you are genuinely looking for a 4 star hotel, this is not it. It’s pretty basic and okay for 1 night if needed. The pictures make the hotel look better than it actually is and are a bit misleading.

Accommodation in the heart of Chiang Mai city Easy to travel near the airport. Near tourist attractions, near cafes, restaurants, department stores. Inside the hotel is quiet. People are not busy, very suitable for relaxing.
The accommodation has complete amenities. Including a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, fitness center, there is ample parking. There are bicycles to borrow as well. In the morning, ride to worship Buddha. Make merit at Wat Chet Yot Going to go shopping in the morning. Find food at MAYA department store It is a very good location to stay. . Anyone who is looking for a chill place to stay People don't rush around. But close to tourist attractions This is a good choice.

We had a delightful three-night stay in room 819 on the eighth floor in September 2023. Our room offered a fantastic view of the city, though it's worth noting that some other rooms may have their views partially obstructed by a sizable building. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. Our particular room featured a separate living area and bedroom, complete with convenient amenities such as a fridge, a small kitchen, and a balcony.
The hotel is situated on a peaceful street and boasts a convenient location within walking distance of the Maya Mall, as well as two of my favorite neighborhoods in all of Chiang Mai: Nimman and Chet Yot.
One notable feature was the hotel's saltwater pool, though regrettably, we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Nonetheless, it appeared beautifully maintained, and there's also an inviting cocktail bar and restaurant on-site.
I'm certain that I'll choose this hotel again whenever I'm in need of accommodations in this area.

My feeling for the Cross Vibe Hotel are mixed...it's a 4 star hotel..There are things i liked and things i didnt Like....But in the end the scale turns into the "Like" option....and let me be clear
The things i liked: The Location{it's 6 minutes walk from the Maya Mall and Nimman Street}....That means good location (for me) The Quiet of the area{i loved it!!!it's very quiet in the night...Although i see many people in the hotel,it is quiet The Staff{One of the best service and politeness i see in Hotel's Staff} The Hotel has restaurant,swimming pool,bar and a little gym They clean everyday the room The view from the balcony of the room(Mountain view) The bathroom was nice decorated and the air-condition work smoothly Have safe box(that is stuck in wall),TV,A little desk,a little fridge,coffee maker,slippers,flashlight,hair dryer they write to me a welcome note.. And they have keycard for the rooms(in elevator you do not have to use keycard to go on the floors) 2 pillows and 1 smaller in bed Hot water anytime in shower
The Things i didnt Liked: The matress was very soft (for my taste) and i had a little trouble sleeping Also the pillows very soft The pressure of the water not hard(in shower) The pressure of the water very low on cleaning your bottom after poo-poo(i felt that i was not clean at all!!) The wifi Terrible!!!One of the worst i had in Thailand!!!they must see that problem!!! No closet(just hangers in a pole) Also,when you get out of the elevator(in your floor)to go into your room ,it is open area(to tell you the truth this was strange to me) the swimming pool was on the Ground floor...also the gym...usually the swimming pool is on the roof....but here is on the Ground floor(near to reception)..that means no sun....it was always shadow in swimming pool...i have never seen anyone swim there!! Not many Plugs(in bed they had only 1 side of the bed plugs)

"Cross Vibe Chiang Mai Decem Hotel, Nimman" design hotel in chic Nimen neighborhood, in the heart of Chiang Mai.
The hotel is just a stone''s throw away from the airport and near the mall, with several options to choose from, and today, lounging at the Deluxe Room in its spacious, fully equipped loft style, large beds in the middle of the room, clearly dry-sized bathrooms, and a large balcony overlooking the hotel''s monastery and pool.
There''s also a 24-hour fitness center, and the breakfast is a buffet-filled buffet, with a variety of northern dishes, taste-approving, and dinner-friendly options, and a nice pool-side restaurant with a view of the green tree walls.
The hotel is in the heart of Myrtle, but the umbrellas look like they’re out of town, and it’s also a pet-friendly hotel.

Firstly the positives. The x2 Vibe staff are very friendly, the hotel was very clean, bed was good and the breakfast was good too. The wife (who has hair) commented that the amenities in the room were good as it had a decent hairdryer, vanity kit and tea/coffee making facilities. The wife says she felt safe and would have felt fine staying here as a solo traveller. The hotel also offers a one way shuttle service for the saturday and Sunday markets.
We felt however that there are a number of shortcomings to this hotel.
We had a transfer from and to the airport and there’s no easy way to say it but the car smelt of sweaty feet. Easily remedied by a car freshener. The WiFi worked intermittently which was a surprise given the speed and quality elsewhere in Chiang Mai.
The issues that are not easily remedied are the hotel location and it’s design. The hotel describes itself as “bringing a new level of funk to Chiang Mai’s new hip and happening area” yet the reality is that it resembles and has the charm of a multi-storey car park. It also seemed odd to have a permanently shaded swimming pool and it was a bit chilly during breakfast with the al fresco dining.
The hotel design with bare concrete walls and floors mean that there is no sound dampening, rather, any conversations in corridors are amplified. We had particularly noisy neighbours who thought nothing of speaking loudly in corridors post midnight, that is until I gave them some short shrift. I think the hotel should consider some posters warning people of keeping the noise down or at least say it during check in.
Finally, the location did not work for us. It is indeed right next to a newly built shopping mall but we would rather have been nearer to the old town. As a result, we had to spend money on cabs (use grab - like uber). As it was part of a package we were not able to alter this sadly.

Clean rooms, good service and courteous staff. Breakfast is delicious if compared to the price and convenience of traveling. You can leave the hotel and walk to Maya. It takes no more than 2 minutes to arrive. The room is not small and not big, just the right size and not cramped. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

You can book transportation well in advance to ensure the price you pay. At each airport there are desks were you can go to ask about transportation. No matter what time you arrive, people are available to provide services. There are numerous laundry mats in Chiang Mai. Our hotel did not have one, but we found one right across the street. Dryers are not as easy to find. Just hang dry the clothing in the room. Most dry overnight. There are also laundry services you can pay for but I would avoid hotel laundry services. The prices are absurd!

I emailed them many times, they never responded to my emails. Again I would NOT recommend this hotel. Try U Hotel in Chiang Mai. It is only 2 blocks away and in a much better location, which does not require you to walk ON the highway to get anywhere.

There are many temples. I would recommend you to Pra Singh and Doi Suthep temples. It is very easy to go there by red taxi.
Our front desk staffs are willing to give you the information during
your stay.
There are more places to choose from in the Chang Phueak area.
