Close to Bern, 10 minutes by train from the city center, in the country side, this is a very charming and quiet place to stay. Esther is a great host, the breakfast with coffee, juice, freshly made bread, lots of cheese was more than generous. My husband, another couple, their niece and I stayed at Chalet Bolligen. The place was very nice and very clean. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen area was obviously recently renovated making it very comfortable. The breakfast was hearty and the host Esther was quite pleasant. FYI its extremely close to the train but there was approximately 4-5 flights of stairs...

This is a very newly opened B&B in Bolligen. About 5-10 mins train ride from Bern. 5 mins easy walk up a long stairs from the train station. Very easy access, if you have no luggage. The stairs is just right beside the B & B. Highly recommended if you are arriving with a car or with light luggage. B&B...
