Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This poem expresses our stay perfectly! (see photo). Attention to detail is apparent; lovely decor and small touches such as gift bags with soap and hand cream and a lovely sitting room with refreshments available. Beds and linens afforded a great night's rest. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Beautiful home, great staff in a serene setting.

We have been going to the Inn for many years. It is a beautiful place, sparkling clean, our hosts could not be more welcoming and kind. Breakfast tasty and attentively served by the theatre students who work there. Room very well decorated and amenities complete with dressing gowns, desk, reading light, comfortable chair, balcony, excellent beds. Each year improvements are made to add even more to our experience.

It was our anniversary and we wanted to take in the Rosebud Theatre. We found this B&B on the Rosebud Theatre website. What an absolute Gem. The building is beautiful and the interior and room was excellent. B.J. is an excellent host, raconteur and guide. Every room has a balcony and its own bathroom with a heated floor and air conditioning. After a walk around the town, we were treated with some bumbleberry pie and tea or coffee. The pie is awesome. There is a guest lounge upstairs where we polished off a bottle of champagne. The breakfast was excellent and B.J. got up early so we could tour the town again before the play. We would definitely visit this B&B again in the future.

I have no idea why we didn’t know about this place before. It’s only about an hours drive from Calgary. Comfortable, homely and simply excellent personal service. We stayed for the play at the ‘opera house’ which was also really good. I can recommend booking for the theatre package. The hamlet is fascinating to walk round and enjoy the craft shops. We will be back again

This is our second time coming to the Inn. We loved it so much last year that we decided to make a yearly trip out of it. If you are to stay I do highly recommend the combined theatre package. BJ and her superstar team make the stay here incredible. They really pay attention to the small details. They truly customize your stay to your interests and are very diligent at making sure the meal fits into your dietary needs. We will be back!

My girlfriends and I planned an overnight get-away to Rosebud to attend the theatre and play golf. We chose the Rosebud Country Inn as our overnight home-away-from-home. This clean, quiet, beautifully appointed Inn was a delightful surprise in the Hamlet of Rosebud! I loved the little touches that made the visit memorable - bed turn down with chocolates in the evening, guest gift of body butter & hand-made soap, gallery of paintings and artisan items made by local craftsman [some as young as 14!]. Should I return to Rosebud, I will remember this great oasis. Sandy

Stayed after the Rosebud play. Clean spacious room with balcony overlooking fields. Great breakfast and of course a piece of delicious pie which can be eaten when you arrive or taken with you when you leave (our option). Small communal room for guests available which was occupied when we arrived. Artwork for sale in breakfast room and small gift shop items in reception.

I honesty don’t remember how I found this B & B in the tiny town of Rosebud. I looked at every chain hotel in Drumheller (visiting the Royal Tyrrell Museum) and wasn’t keen on any of them. I fell on the Rosebud Inn and it was perfect for our stay close to the museum ( 25 minutes). The innkeepers are so friendly! The rooms are spotless and quite large. The Inn has a warm, homey but crisp feeling without the “Victorian” old musty vibe that doesn’t appeal to us. We arrived after seven and found a cafe for dinner but on our return had some of the famous pies - the cherry and pecan were outstanding! I so loved the place I purchased one of their mugs for a keepsake! Once we went to the museums I saw all the hotels in the area and it only affirmed what a good choice we made!! If you

We could not have improved on anything. The Rosebud Country Inn has it all. From home baked pie upon arrival, a welcoming check in, wonderful room with a view, good night sleep and a tasty and wholesome breakfast. The attention to detail is second to none and the personable and accommodating staff topped it all off. We can't wait until our next visit and have certainly spread the word to family and friends.

Our family stayed and we were delighted with the gracious hospitality, the cleanliness, the fantastic breakfast and the spacious comfortable rooms. Of note is that the only sitting lounge is upstairs and can’t be accessed by those with mobility challenges. We made good use of the main level dining room for family visiting. We would highly recommend this B&B.
