Arrived late Friday night, what a warm welcome from Julie. what a beautiful place and the surroundings. Lost for words, wow, amazing, wonderful and so relaxing. A very big thank you to Julie & Tim for making us so welcome and relaxed. We chose the family room and wow what a room. I did have a look in the twin...

I stayed here with a colleague while we were working in the area and after two long, long days, we were so happy to return to Julie and Tim's B&B which was comfortable, welcoming, warm and clean. The breakfasts were perfect, and Julie made sure we had all the information we needed, going out of her way to help us....

I stayed here with my husband and our young daughter at the end of October and enjoyed this stay even more than the first. Haddiport has a homely and welcoming feel to it and Julie and Tim instantly make you feel comfortable. There are lots of thoughtful little touches such as bedtime stories and a selection of DVDs for children,...

Just returned from 2 nights in the family room - catered for all our needs, light, airy and spacious, could not have asked for more. Haddiport House is remote and off the beaten track, but this really is a positive, directions were spot on and although it is along a bumpy track this did not detract from how lovely the...

I stayed here for two nights in May with my five year old daughter. Haddiport had been recommended by a friend who lives locally and I booked after taking a quick look at the website and an exchange of emails with Julie who runs the place with her husband. What can I say? Something that looked neat and pleasant on...

We are a family of 5 house-hunting in Devon. Tim was great, the rooms were clean and well set up, everything was run well, great breakfast, recommended. Open Devonshire countryside, great shower, very nice locally sourced sausages too.

This was our first visit to Haddiport House but it definitely won't be the last. We stayed in the downstairs guest room, which is adapted for wheelchairs and features an en-suite fully accessible wet room. It's rare to find a rural B&B with such good facilities for disabled guests. Breakfast was served in the sun room, although in cooler weather...

We went to a wedding at Buckland House this weekend and booked in at Haddiport House with the knowledge that they'd recently had a room and en-suite adapted for disabled guests. We stayed for 1 night, arrived late and left early but it was a beautiful little place to stay, with a great breakfast too! The access for wheelchairs to...

Booked Haddiport house because it was so close to Buckland house a wedding we were attending. Turned into the lane and thought we had made a big mistake in booking Haddiport how wrong we were, Tim opened the door and you knew straight away you were very welcome he took us to our room and what a room warm spotlessly...

I stayed at Haddiport House with my mum overnight whilst attending a family wedding at Buckland House. We had a lovely welcome from Tim (after a 6 hour drive), taking us to our room overlooking the lovely garden. The room was spacious and immaculate, the en-suite bathroom was so clean it looked brand new. Comfy beds and peacefully quiet. We...
