We arrived late in Mallaga and spent ages trying to get a hire car and then realised we were half an hour beyond the last check in time of 9 pm.The owner tried contacting us at 10pm and up untill 11.30 pm to find out if we would be coming or not. Due to some booking confusion she was using...

In my company were persons and everybody has some negative comment regarding the food. The salad was nice but after that.... For the potato which made in oven need something special tool to eat because it was burned and hard. The lasagne was made from vegetables but it was something very strange, and finally the brownie need really hummer to...

We visited twice and the food and surroundings were beautiful. The peaks of the Sierra Nevada tower above you and below the views over the gorgeous Lecrin Valley are not to be missed. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have stayed a few times at Alqueria de Los Lentos and finally I'm getting round to writing a review! It really is one of my favourite places in the world to visit. Firstly, it's in the perfect location. A mere 20 minutes from the brilliant city of Granda in one direction and half an hour from...

Oh my goodness, where do I start? Believe me, the drive to Los Lentos is sublime, but when you arrive at the place itself it really is something else. The beautiful converted Mill is full of authentic charm and character as is the bar and the dining room inside, but this is just the beginning... If you walk up through...

This converted mill is a beautiful spot to spend time. It is at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada (close to Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski/mountain bike resort) and has a beautifully fresh feel. The location is stunning, the buildings are beautifully dotted around the verdant site with water channelled all around. The two choices of eating spots are...

Tinca and Roberta are lovely, and they have created a really quaint, eccentric place where it is a lot of fun at which to stay. The food is really sublime. They make an effort to take care of their guests in a lovely way (e.g. they made sure there that our room fire was still going when we came back...

Beautiful rural location close to the village of Niguelas (which is well worth a walk up to, such narrow streets!). This is a most unusual hotel/bar/restaurant and needs to be experienced to be appreciated! There are basically three parts to it: firstly the original Mill house on the roadside, which accommodates the bar, restaurant, and some bedrooms. A steep footpath...

Myself & my husband stayed here for a long weekend at the end of September. The only thing that was not brilliant was the weather! Which is quite unusual for this area. If you're looking for a quiet retreat, that is typically Spanish with good food & amazing views, then this is for you. At the foothills of Sierra Nevada...

My 15 month old daughter and I spent a week at Alqueria de Los Lentos and totally fell in love with the place! Super friendly staff, delicious food with a creative menu based on home grown and locally sourced produce; wonderful surroundings of a lush and well maintained garden with the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Nevada. Our room was...
