Deb made our stay fabulous, the house, surrounds breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations by a mile. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We absolutely loved it. We stayed in the loft suite which has beautiful views of the rainforest. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.
My husband and I stayed in the Church Cottage for our 20th wedding anniversary and we can highly recommend it. Staying with Deb is like staying with a favourite relative, she can't do enough for you but is in no way intrusive. Very comfortable accommodation, fantastic breakfast (mushrooms were to die for), and great location close to Berry and Kangaroo Valley.
This is a great place to stay, with a lovely breakfast spread. The location is close to Berry and Kangaroo Valley. We stayed at the loft. The grounds were serene and well maintained. I world definitely come here again
Deb was a fantastic host. She couldn’t have been more helpful, by giving all the local tips and booking us into a fully booked local restaurant. She made us feel so welcome, the Loft room had everything we could have wanted. Very comfortable bed, with a lovely electric blanket and stunning views of the mountain. We even had our own separate lounge room with a flat screen tv. Breakfast was delicious, she had a huge array of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt followed by a fabulous home made country breakfast. Her house is surrounded by a rainforest and is very tranquil with only the sounds of birds chirping. We highly recommend staying at Deb’s, and cannot wait to return in the future!
We stayed in the Church which was so cosy, stylishly furnished and the decor was extremely tasteful and appropriate. Deb could not have done more. Her breakfasts are superb. She quickly responds to the guests wishes and knows when to gracefully withdraw to the kitchen. We very quickly felt as though we were being treated as part of the family - nothing was too much trouble. We are walkers and the area is one of the best - either down to the coast, up high or to the charms of Kangaroo Valley. If you like sausages, take some home with you from the butchers in Berry. In the shoulder season, many restaurents are closed on Monday and Tuesday and are fully booked at the weekends and so make sure you make a reservation.
