Staff : took 20 mins to get into room. I had fallen over, no sympathy from the reception, no showing facilities where i could wipe the blood and dirt off, just a snigger at my misfortune when did eventually ask about somewhere to wash up. Food: water even though in the water dispenser was not of good quality, and ran...

Julio and Elena Sula Sula's owners are outstanding. They were very helpful during our stay at all times. Julio is a very qualified naturalist guide in Galapagos and provide very valuable information of all the must do visits while we stay in Isabela. The hotel is in perfect conditions, AC in all rooms, breakfast was excellent every morning with fresh...

Reasonably priced, breakfast included, good shower, air conditioning worked well. Early checkout (10:30am, no exceptions) makes for a long, hot wait if taking 2:00 pm ferry. About a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre and restaurants. Cash only, typical for Puerto Villamil and no banks or ATM's on Isabella Island, make sure you have enough cash!

This is very good option for anybody looking for some reasonable accommodation. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, with balcony or social area. Beds are huge and you will have excellent sleep. Breakfast is fine. Distance (few minutes by foot) from beach or town can be an issue just for older or lazy visitors. Reasonable price for offered services...

Not so nice but clean room with a view of Puerto Villamil. Own bathroom and Internet in the room. Hot shower, very good breakfast! They have a hairdryer, wetsuit as well. Good Location, since the City is very small..

We stayed here for 6 nights in a double en suite room. The room itself was large, clean and well furnished (although the bathroom was a little on the small side), with air conditioning. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful with organising our tours for us. Julio, the owner, is a Galapagos guide and very knowledgable about the islands....

I staed in the Hotel for three nights and it has been great. The staff was very helpful and friendly with every question I made them with regards to the activities and this to do on the island. It is very quiet and relaxing and for sure you will have a great sleep. The breakfast is quite nice!

Being greeted with a cold drink on a hot day was a very welcome and friendly gesture. The hotel is relatively new, very comfortable, the A/C is quiet and works well and the wi-fi internet worked fine (they only have satellite internet throughout the Galapagos Islands, so it is generally slower and more unreliable in rainy conditions anyway). It is...

Stayed here for 3 nights 4 days. Clean, well arranged, quite and safe place. Ideal for travelling. Slight away from happening streets and hence quite but not so far, 10 minutes walk. Very helping and co-operative staff. Front desk can manage tour bookings. Has snorkling equipment to rent. Breakfast was one of the best to give good start for sightseeing....
