The hotel is located in small and quiet town with outstanding views to the lake and mountains. This small mountain boutique hotel has everything you need and more with a 5 star service. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful decor, clean, very comfortable (specially the bed) and with great amenities (bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer...) all that you find in... More

We have just had a one night stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. A warm welcome from Marian as she showed us to our lovely room on the top floor. It was a hot day but the room was cool and spotlessley clean and beautifully decorated. After a visit to Sallent, just along the lake,... More

Exceeded all of our expectations. Miguel & Marian have thought of everything to make a memorable stay for visitors to this idyllic spot. The cooking is exceptional and the welcome warm. This time we were only passing through and saw this was a convenient stop-off point en route to France However we would definitely recommend Lanuza as final destination for... More

My wife and I visited in late May so the area is really in very low season making Lanuza an out of the way deserted mini village accessible through a narrow road over a dam. But in sharp contrast La Casuena is a GEM, a small guest house very artistically decorated and run by a very hospitable couple. The food... More

Tired of of lack of service in big 4/5 star hotels we found this beautiful place with an excellent value. Only 10 minutes from Spain's best and biggest ski resort Formigal you find here the place to be. Clean, quiet, great food and wines and Internet working flawlessly. La Caseuña the Home of Dreams".

After a scenic drive we arrived at this lovely hotel with a stunning view of the mountains. The hosts Miguel and Marian were lovely and made you feel welcome. They have two gorgeous rescue dogs one of which follows Marian everywhere. There are no lifts just stairs but Miguel was super insistent in carrying our heavy luggage. We had one... More
