We dropped in to see the Gorge but thought why not try out the Lodge ? Was a very dry & dusty caravan and campground area but didn't see the rooms so can't comment. Clean facilities & free water We grabbed a cold drink & sat on the terrace & enjoyed the solitude. A fair bit of

Had a very nice stay here. The location is beautiful and so peaceful. The room was as described, basic but clean and comfortable. Restaurant is expensive but fair priced considering where you are. Free WiFi. Recommended. I stayed one night but could have stayed two.

Making a roundtrip through the Red Centre without camping, this is one of the most convenient places to stay. However, the rooms are very average and need serious upgrading. Our room #1 was all dusty inside with red dust from the wind blowing into the bathroom window. Not only

Hi huys25, Thank you for staying at Glen Helen Lodge. We are concerned that you felt that room #1 felt it needed upgrading, as we have only just refurbished the escarpment facing rooms in mid 2018 and have received fantastic feedback from other guests. We have passed on you feedback to management for review and consideration. Kind regards - Anji Kemp - Sales & Marketing

This place is a dump. Stayed in a shared room and everything is falling apart: the ceiling, the floor, the furniture. The place is dusty and unclean. Facilities are not good and not clean. The only pros: nice staff and free (but limited) WiFi. Fortunately they were kind enough

Would like 3 powered sites for 2 nights from tmw 3/7/18?
Hi Val, all of our powered campsites are fully booked out. This is one of the busiest times of the year. We do have some unpowered camping available however suggest you call the lodge to confirm space is available as that is also nearly full. Thanks, Tanya - Duty Manager

Hi there, thanks for your question. At this time we are not taking any dinner reservations as we are looking to launch a new menu at the Lodge soon! When will you be staying with us? You will definitely not require a reservation for breakfast - this is anytime from 7am - 9:30am. Look forward to you visiting us soon! Regards, Tanya Duty Manager

Hi there, thanks for your enquiry. We should have no problem accomodating you with unpowered camping on 19th May and this costs $12 per adult. Alternatively we have Motel rooms, ($175 per double/twin) or bunkhouse ($35 pp) available for this night Restaurant bookings are available on request so if you confirm this we can book you in. Please phone 08 89567489 for all reservations. Kind regards Shelagh O'Brien Manager

"Stress that you get a front room to enjoy the view."
"Book early....the comments about not being able to find accomodation with one day's notice may reflect the popularity of the resort"
"If camping with a tent, choose a grassed unpowered site - best view of the Range and much easier to hammer in your tent pegs."
"Request a gorge view room."
"Ask for a room in front of the cliffs"
