Stayed for one night. Woman travelling alone but felt safe and secure. Very comfortable bed, crisp clean linen and lovely thick bath towels. Would be happy to visit again - and would definitely stay at other Premier Inns in the future.

Have stayed at this Premier Inn quite a few times in the last month. Very clean, staff lovely, always a warm welcome. Plenty of parking and just a couple of minutes from the M62. Ate at The Ship Inn, the attached pub, nothing to complain about but not fantastic either!

We are presently staying here and are very pleased with the hotel. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the breakfasts are provided by the pub next door, which is badly letting the hotel down. First morning we arrived for breakfast at 9.03am, after waitress took our order for...

not been since the refurbishment but it is great. Superb bathroom and like the new design carpets. A vast improvement. Now just need to fix the pub next door which is privately owned and not really in keeping with Premier Inn standards. Overall very pleased with stay and the value for money

A fantastic time at Rainhill Premier Inn, very warming welcoming staff. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Brilliantly located for planned visits to Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding countryside.

The lady at reception and the gentleman on the night shift were very friendly provided service with smile. The rooms were of high standard, very...

Room was standard. The hallways smelled really bad. No extra bed was offered to be made up for our 5 year old - maybe I should have asked. Breakfast was poor! Most of it was cold. Some glasses were dirty. The young chap that assisted at breakfast was nice enough but reacted to requests, rather than being proactive. He'd wait...
