About
Hotel description
Meadowcroft Guest House is in a very peaceful, rural setting, three quarters of a mile from the picturesque village of Llanasa, and just four miles from Prestatyn. The location is surrounded by farmland and woodlands, and there are spectacular views over the Dee and Mersey estuaries. On a clear day, it is possible to see Blackpool, the Lakeland hills and even the Isle of Man. The house was originally built around 1820 and has been renovated and increased over the years. The last increase was in 2005, when the present owners added three en suite bedrooms and a sitting area to give the excellent facilities now offered to guests. It is ideally situated to spend a day in Chester, Llandudno, Snowdonia, Anglesey or just touring the beautiful countryside of North Wales. There are many Golf Courses, Swimming Pools, Bird Watching and Shopping Areas within easy reach. Enjoy a hearty breakfast of locally sourced produce and home-made bread and preserves before setting out to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
