Fui con mi pareja un fin de semana... La casa no está mal, las vistas son increíbles y el sitio en sí es precioso. Pero por dentro...
La limpieza era inexistente. Todo se veía con un grado de dejadez que no era ni medio normal. Al rededor del jacuzzi (bañera de hidromasaje, que no jacuzzi) estaba todo plagado de hormigas aunque lo peor nos lo encontramos en la cocina.
En la esquina, sin llegar al techo, había tres moscas muertas (en la imagen se refleja a la perfección). Las sillas de la terraza estaban llenas de telas de araña, los focos de luz "solar" (lo entrecomillo porque realmente funcionaban a pilas) estaban rotos y tirados de cualquier manera...
La primera noche tuvimos tres cortes de luz habiendo encendido solamente la TV, luz de la cocina y un fogón de la vitrocerámica.
En fin, horrible.

Acabo de leer este comentario y siento mucho lo que me comentas pero quiero aclarar que la casa estaba muy limpia y que cuando dices que la limpieza era inexistente, como se puede leer en tu comentario, te refieres a que entraron hormigas y encontraste unas moscas muertas en una esquina del techo, que debieron morir después de hacer la limpieza y echar el insecticida. Quiero recalcar que nuestro personal de limpieza tiene especial cuidado con la eliminación de los insectos, siempre se aspira todo muy bien, ya que debido al gran número de huertas y ganado que hay en las zonas rurales hay más insectos que en las ciudades. Después de eliminarlos puede volver a entrar alguno por la ventana o puerta, es difícil que haya cero insectos en una aldea rural. Lo de las hormigas, nunca las hemos tendido, y cuando la chica preparó la casa te puedo asegurar que no había ninguna, han aparecido posteriormente. Me he dado cuenta que echamos un nuevo producto para ambientar con aroma a naranja y sé que echó mucho en la zona del jacuzzi, el olor tan dulce ha sido la razón por la que las hormigas se han sentido atraídas y han entrado, por lo que ya hemos dejado de echarlo y este problema ha quedado solucionado, gracias por avisarme. Los focos de luz solar, los puse para que por la noche dieran un efecto agradable para los clientes que salen por la noche a la zona exterior, pero es verdad, que, aunque no llevaban mucho tiempo, al estar en una zona exterior muy húmeda donde llueve mucho como es Asturias, se han deteriorado muy rápido y la tormenta las debió mover, por lo que los hemos retirado, ahora hemos puesto plantas. Las sillas de la terraza tienen su mantenimiento pero al estar en exterior donde llueve mucho la limpieza no se mantiene como en las zonas interiores. Lo de los cortes de luz, fue por algo ajeno a nosotros, hubo una tormenta, pero por lo que me comentaste se solucionó subiendo los automáticos, por lo que fue un segundo el que estuvisteis sin luz. De verdad que nos esforzamos día a día para que la estancia de nuestros clientes sea lo más cómoda y agradable posible, y realmente nos sabe mal que vuestra estancia no haya sido agradable. Si la casa no estuviera limpia o fuera tan horrible, no tendríamos una valoración superior al 9 en internet como podrás comprobar en booking o en otras páginas. De nuevo muchas gracias y seguiremos trabajando para mejorar.
