Thanks to Mother Nature, Da Nang was given a beautiful tranquil bay, where locate the Mikazuki Da Nang Resorts & Spa. On the areas of 13 hectares, the resort boasts a variety of amazing and attractive services which offer you genuine experiences of Japanese culture quintessence. Being built and operated by the Mikazuki Group, which currently has four big hospitality properties, golf clubs and entertainment facilities in Japan, the resort has its advantages to bring to you a true experience of their cultural sophistication. With the concept of where heaven and earth converge, the rhythm of life begins, the resort was designed base on four main elements: Sun – Hinode Villas, Moon – Mikazuki Hotel, Waves– Nami Seaside Restaurant, and Sea – Water Park 365. This is also the idea for how we operate the business, it is year-round activities. Laid-back and let us show you around! ---

Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa is celebrated for its spotless rooms and tranquil atmosphere, with guests often noting the hotel's tasteful design and stunning views. While service is generally commendable, some travelers have encountered inconsistencies. Its secluded location offers a private beach but may be too remote for some.
Opinions on value are divided, with praise for some reasonably priced services but concerns over high costs elsewhere. The resort's amenities, including water parks and onsens, are a highlight, although a few guests have raised issues regarding room upkeep.

I will review it from a Japanese perspective. It was my first time traveling to Vietnam, and I was worried about whether I would be able to speak to local people because I am not good at English, but staying at the Da Nang Mikazuki was a great memory. There are countless good points, but I will list a few.
・First of all, the rooms and the facilities in the hotel, including the toilets, were all clean. A clean toilet is very important and greatly affects the satisfaction of the trip. ・Next, the atmosphere of the hotel as a whole. If you are traveling with only adults, the atmosphere of the Mikazuki may be a little different. However, if you are traveling with your family, especially with children, you should definitely choose this place. There are many indoor and outdoor pools, and you can move to the beach by cart, which was like an attraction and fun. Vietnam is full of attractions with bustling cities and world heritage sites, but with such a well-equipped pool, you will want to spend the whole day at the hotel. There are also things related to Japan everywhere in the facility. Shrines, New Year's Eve bells, sumo wrestling, helmets... there are some things that Japanese people find a little funny, but I realized that they are probably attractive to foreigners. ・The room has an open-air bath, which helps you to relax after a day of sightseeing. I really appreciated it.
・The staff who can speak Japanese were very kind. It seems that they are not always there, so it would be reassuring if there were more people who can speak Japanese.
Next, I would like to give some points for improvement.
・I know it will be a hassle for the cleaning staff, but it would be better if they put towels for guests at each location around the pool, or put pool towels in the rooms, even if it means paying a little more.
I was worried about people falling because there were quite a few people using the hallways and elevators without towels.
・It would be nice if there were more convenience stores. There is one on the first floor, but I think it could be improved a little more.
・To be honest, the food court in the indoor pool facility was a bit sluggish in handling customers. Is it really necessary for three staff members to handle one customer at the register? I would like it to be possible to make food quickly and eat it quickly. I was a little annoyed by the waiting time when it wasn't that crowded, so I wondered if it would be okay when it is crowded.
・I felt that the cooling power of the hotel's refrigerator was weak. ・Due to the influence of COVID-19, I have become more conscious of cleanliness, but I think it would be more reassuring if there were disposable vinyl gloves when choosing food at the morning buffet. However, the staff were diligent in wiping up spilled food and clearing away the plates, which was nice.
・The hotel is far from the city center. There is an app called Grab, so taxis are available quickly, so it wasn't a big deal, but I think it would be better if they increased the number of shuttle buses.
I feel that Da Nang in Vietnam has a promising future. I hope it will become a more and more attractive resort that rivals Hawaii and becomes a globally admired destination. I will visit again someday.

I'm Japanese, but once I entered this hotel, I was in Japan, not Vietnam. Putting aside the slightly over-the-top Japanese atmosphere in the lobby, once I entered the room, I felt a sense of security comparable to a Japanese hot spring inn. There was an open-air bath on the balcony, and I boiled some water to bathe in. I don't think it was a hot spring, but the water was so effective that it made me think it was a hot spring, and it warmed my body and mind. The service in the building is the same as that of a large hot spring hotel in Japan, but there were no reservations for meals, and I was able to relax very much because I didn't have to worry about anything. The large restaurant had international cuisine, and it tasted good. Opposite the hotel is a large indoor water park. It's a facility that can be enjoyed even in winter, and many families with children were playing there. I think it would be fun for children. There is a hot spring facility on the 4th floor, but it's probably not a hot spring. The water is blue, and it's a large bath with bath salts. There is a mixed bath with swimsuits, and an indoor bath that you can enter naked. The water is lukewarm, and you can relax for a long time, but it may not warm you up very much. Outdoors, there is a water park and beach, but summer is the best time to visit.

This is my second time visiting this resort, and it is still as consistently good as last time. Hoa was especially attentive throughout my stay, from making sure we had tickets to enter Bana Hill to ensuring we had our room cleaned when we forgot to put the tag outside. She was also responsive when we had questions about our stay and when we needed places to go in Da Nang. Likewise, all staff there were friendly and helpful as usual. I'll 100% be coming back in the future.

When staying at the hotel with a family of 2 small children and a 2-month-old infant, we encountered a rather unpleasant and unsafe experience. Right from the moment we entered the room, we discovered the appearance of ants. To handle the situation, we asked housekeeping staff to come and resolve the issue. However, instead of using safe methods to eliminate insects, staff decided to spray chemicals right in the room while the children were still there. What is worrying is that the staff not only sprayed chemicals but also claimed that the chemicals were not toxic, while we could clearly see on the body of the spray bottle that this chemical was very harmful to the skin and eyes. We had to ask to be moved to another room to avoid risks to the children's health. However, changing rooms does not completely solve the problem. After more than 1 hour of treatment, the new room still has ants. This made us feel disappointed with the hotel's service. In summary, this hotel stay experience not only brings inconvenience but also causes safety concerns for the children. We hope that the hotel will improve its services so that similar situations do not recur in the future. You will be surprised at the mega site of the Mikazuki Japanese Resort and Spa Da Nang after passing its huge Japanese castle gate! Boasting two huge outdoor and indoor water parks, a 3 tiers pool wrapping around a man made Mt. Fuji, a long infinity pool on its 22nd floor with a view to kill, plus 4 or more jaccuzi pools, a family onsen pool and 2 onsen pools for men and women (but with artificial mineral water) , the resort will satisfy the needs for all members of your family. We really enjoyed and were fully entertained by the resort’s activities during our 3 days stay. We love the spacious 90m2 of our premium ocean view room. The bedroom was so tastefully designed with a large double sinks bathroom highlighted by a stone bathtub outside the balcony giving guests more enjoyment of the ocean view. The staff at Mikazuki resort were superb and represented well the 5* rating of The resort. We were so warmly welcomed upon our arrival by Ms. Tình then by Ms.Thủy from Guest Relations who so kindly took her time to show us our upgraded room. And Ms. Huệ, Ms.Mẫn , Ms. Qùynh were so efficient and friendly at reception desk. The breakfast buffet was good offered a variety of international food but we really appreciated Ms. Thi (breakfast chef cook) who made the best Vietnamese food and was so attentive and caring to guests. We also would like to acknowledge the good custumer services from the following staff: Ms. Huong from indoor water park, Ms. Liên from women Onsen, Mr. Thiên, bellman and transportation, and Ms. Nguyệt,server from Blue Restaurant. Last but not least the resort also have a modern and so beautiful ocean bar and pool with the wonderful lifeguard, Mr. Kỳ! Highly recommend the resort when you come to Danang…we will be back!

I felt that the staff were really friendly. Always smiling, approaching first and helping. It was impressive.
In particular, the ‘buggy’ in Mikazuki is definitely comfortable. When choosing Hinode Garden View, check out other people’s reviews. They say it's very uncomfortable, but I never felt uncomfortable during the three days I spent there. The reason was the buggy, It was the friendliness of the staff.
- On a trip with my parents, I had to rent two rooms. I was worried that it might fall, but fortunately that didn't happen. Looks like I'm lucky. So we were assigned B203 and B204. These two rooms are divided into left and right by a single staircase. Hinode Garden View only had two rooms on the second floor of the building, so I left the door open and went back and forth between the two rooms comfortably.
- Regarding the water park, this may be a measure to prevent slipping, but what is a bit disappointing is that the floor is very uneven. Because of this, it is not easy to move barefoot, so you must wear water shoes or Crocs.
You can ride the Dragon Slider alone only if you are above 140. Those over 120 must ride with their parents. Dragon Slide is attractive and well worth the price. However, the climb up is not that difficult, so I can't ride it a few times. : If you want to go with a child over 120, you have to carry a two-person tube up the stairs, which is very difficult. However, because the ‘child’ is having fun, the parents have to carry the tube up the stairs. It's just like life.
- There are many Koreans in Da Nang, Vietnam, so various delivery services are available and the food is of reasonable taste. It's not bad, it's just right.
- There are many good points and bad points about Mikazuki Resort. If I had to choose, it would be because there are supermarkets, shopping, and massage shops far away. So you have to take Grab or a resort vehicle. Here, if you want to save some money, you can find a shop that offers free ‘pick-up & drop’ and make a reservation.
The tip is to finish shopping and eating before leaving the resort for a massage.
- Among Mikazuki's employees, there was someone who was so impressive that he received a business card. This is the employee who explains [PHUC]. I am so grateful that you are always smiling, kind, and making an effort to be helpful.

Good place For family Good employ Phuoc Nam It's far from downtown Good resort if you just want to relax within the resort The staff is friendly and there is a lot to do. The hot springs are nice and the swimming pool is great for kids. There are indoor and outdoor The room condition was good and the minibar was free. Two cans of beer and Pepsi are refilled daily for free There are many family travelers Even if you stay overnight, breakfast is included. I like that it is served in a Japanese style rather than a Vietnamese style. It's clean and the staff are helpful.

I have traveled to Vietnam many times, but this is the first time I stayed at Mikazuki Hotel in Danang. The experience of staying here for the first time left a deep impression on me. As soon as I entered the door, a porter came to me in time to help take care of my luggage and introduced me to check in. The hotel has a large lobby, based on the Japanese style, and the surrounding things are very new. The hotel looks like it has just been active. After checking in, I went up to the room. The room is warm and large, and there is a balcony. Standing there looking down, you can see the garden, and looking far away, you can see the beach. There are also beautiful restaurants and bars in the hotel, which can be seen from every room. The fifth floor is a Japanese-style museum, the fourth floor is the lobby, the third floor is the hotel's restaurant with a variety of dishes, such as Su Shi, hot pot, etc. are all very fresh, the second floor is a massage service, and the twenty-second is the tallest floor of the hotel with a large swimming pool. The water temperature is very warm, ranging from about thirty to thirty-two degrees. The first floor is a large conference room. Outside the first floor, you can see the beautiful musical fountain every night. There is a large water park behind the hotel. It is very beautiful and there are many swimming pools that are warm. In addition, there are some game areas for children to play, which are really suitable for children. The attitude of the waiters was very enthusiastic, especially the bell team, who helped us with any requests, such as electric cars, hotel information, etc. We stayed in the hotel for three days and enjoyed various activities without any incidents that made us embarrassed. I think the quality of service, furniture and scenery of Mikazuki Hotel Danang deserves the hotel's five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is very spacious. Main color is white. Because it is a hotel in a mountainous area, the space here is designed in harmony with nature. The hotel's yard has many types of flowers that make tourists feel very attractive. When staying at the hotel, the hotel has a fairly large lobby. The rooms here all have beautiful mountain views. There are one-bed rooms and two-bed rooms. We will usually stay in a two-bed room. Each type of room will have different unique design styles. The large communal area gives passengers space to relax, entertain and enjoy the scenery. The hotel has very good customer service. When there is a problem we just use the desk smartphone to contact junior staff. I like the bathroom the most. Because the area is high, the bathroom here is best with glass doors. . The bathtub is placed next to the glass door. From here you can completely see the clouds and sky outside. The feeling of bathing while looking at the peaceful space is very wonderful. I really like this hotel. If I come back to Da Nang, I will definitely stay here again

+On the positive side: During a week of vacation at the resort, my husband and I were very satisfied with everything here from the service to the very professional staff, always very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and special. I am especially impressed with Mai Thi Anh Hoa - customer service staff, who has been extremely dedicated in supporting everything for my husband and I during our stay here, from advising on places to play and places to eat. , and even small things like finding nail clippers for my wife, and booking tickets in advance for places we go. Staying here for a period of time is neither short enough nor long enough, but my husband and I are really satisfied and love the moments of enjoying the services here. Room was very nice and clean. +On the negative side: During our vacation, we felt quite unsafe because there were ants in the bed. As for cleaning, there were a few times when the staff forgot to clean our room even though we had posted a sign. Personal items seem a bit lacking because the room has 2 people but only has 1 earwax cotton swab. Hopefully the hotel will make more progress on those issues. + In short: although we know that nothing is perfect, we sympathize and give small suggestions in the hope that the resort will be more meticulous in cleaning guest rooms.

Hi Caitlin’s, we were staying in resort’s normal room (quite spacious). As the resort locates in a big block of land, we have just passed some areas of villas by free hotel transport, did not pay attention much/not allowed to enter those private villas.

The Hinode Villas are on the property about the same distance from the G/F of the hotel to the faux Mount Fuji.
If you look at an aerial map on Google maps, water park in behind the curved hotel, villas in front and to the right of the hotel, faux Mount Fuji to the front and left.
Probably can cover the distance in about 5 minutes by foot.
There are more places to choose from in the Lien Chieu area.
