Came back to this hotel because in the past it was ok. Now they change the look and it was not good at all. No phones, no internet in the rooms. Service was ok and food too. The main pool was crowed and noisy. I will not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Real paradise place with a lot of flowers, huge park for the kids with many toys, slides etc and just beside of the one of the swiming pools. The service is a bit slow as the internet connexion free wifi is extremly slow. The rooms are large and confortable beds and sofa, a jackuzzi in the room is very class!...

We stayed there 3 nights. The property is located 15mins from San Miguel de Allende, so ideal if you want to be on the outskirts of the city, where the experience is less hectic. The hotel has several amenities, such as 3 pools (one indoor), gym & spa, outdoor jacuzzi, kids playground, good restaurant, among others. The main problem is that...

Pretty nice resort with nice rooms and overall good design with all rooms looking out toward pool, but here were many drawbacks when we stayed that ️If has been there would've made the stay more enjoyable, I liked but without Internet, hot water, and the hot tub we had right outside of our room was Unworking! I'd give this hotel...

The last time I stayed in this hotel the internet was only working in the cafeteria. Now not even there. They offer free internet but there is not, and being so far from the city it is really necessary. The rest of the instalations are OK, the pool is filled every day as the water is from a manantial and...

The hotel is nice and very well maintained, but internet is very bad. Good in general areas but not in rooms. The amenities are not very good considering the price of the hotel. The pool seems to be filled every day which is not very enviromental. Breakfast ok. Massages very good and affordable. Location very good to Atotonilco and only...

I stayed with my family (2 children) and will come back. It was our second time, first with overnight stay. We had room 2 (which we preferred) and 3, both of them rustic, but big and clean with direct access to pool area. There were very few guests, service in general slow. Outdoor pool has perfect temperature and was clean,...

My wife an I stayed in Atotonilco el Viejo the first week of the ear. The staff was really helpful and even went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The pools are naturally heated at a pleasant temperature. A must if you have a car and staying in San Miguel de Allende, just 10-15 minutes...

Under new management since 2009, the hotel is adding new facilities such as a palapa-covered conference/events room. I have not actually stayed there but enjoy visiting to have lunch (simple but OK) and use the delightful spring-fed swimming pool. the water is warm, but not too much. It's a great place to swim and relax for the afternoon: plenty of...

we traveled 14 people 6 adults and 8 children, Atotonilco staff did everything to make us happy, since 1999 we've traveled together everywhere, we've been in New york, South America, last year europe, and many places in Mexico. I must say this is the best it doesn't matter if it is luxury (the luxury ones in SMA, ouch...no comments), but...
