Nice hotel conveniently located just next to the Beeston station. The owners are really friendly and helpful. Small room but clean, with a clean bathroom. Nice breakfast as well. I think it's one of the best price for value I experiment in the UK

From memory, there is seating at reception, and as the reception isn't 24 hours a day, there will be some times, most likely after breakfast has been served, that are quieter
