Kirsty, Chris and the staff do everything to make you welcome. We were given the key to room 5 and given directions of how to find it, just go outside and turn left and there the rooms are. We really liked the room with the big comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities and T.V. too. Just unpacked a few...

Went for Sunday lunch,, read some reviews and was looking forward to a nice roast,, really not the case,, upon arrival I noticed the swan had a 5 star hygiene certificate which is always reassuring, I think that was possibly the high point of the meal, unfortunately the gravy was terrible as were the roast potatoes, none of it was...

we stayed at The Swan for 10 nights. We met Kirsty when we got there and she was very friendly and helpful. We went in restaurant quite a few times and the food was always good - you certainly got your money's worth. We sat in the bar quite a few times and had a great laugh with the bar...

Greeted by friendly staff . The rooms were spacious and clean, although didn't like the bowl of mints as they were unwrapped and didn't like the thought of other people having touched them. The bed was quite firm and the pillows were hard (for us). The room was very light from the street lights and the sun coming up early,...

We spent 7 nights and had continental b/fast each day, taking evening meals on most occasions. The overall impression was that the pricing and standard were competitive. Quibbles about continental b/fasts not being enough don't apply. If you want to fill up on your b/fast, have an English one! Staff were chatty, friendly and helpful. Room spacious for two people...

The accommodation is in generously proportioned chalets adjacent to the pub, with their own car parking close to each individual door. The standard of accommodation is very good, and the facilities exceptional for the tariff. I was grateful for the opportunity to relax in and armchair with a decent coffee table in front of me watching a large screen TV...
