We stayed one night here and found it pretty basic. The location was great, and we had one of the best meals of our trip there. It was fun to be able to go out the door and walk around the plaza. It certainly doesn't compare to more up-scale hotels in Chiapas, but it was fine for one night.

Spent only one night here... to see Tonina, As another reviewer has said...do not be put off by the "lobby" which is almost nonexistent. The room was nice, bed good etc. interesting that the door does not quite fit the door surround, but it locked securely. There is really good Wifi...at least at our second floor room. The wifi equipment...

This hotel offers a good service for the price and is located perfectly at the plaza in the heart of the centre where is th only place happening something. The hotel, as we got to know, offers also the only "nice" opportunity to eat out. Therefore the best option in town. Rooms are nice, but a bit old, but mostly...

Not a lot of choices on where to stay in Ocosingo when visiting Tonina. Lobby is scary, rooms are god, comfortable beds, good showers, clean, and for 350 pesos the best deal of the trip. Being right across the street from the town square was great and made it easy to hit the street vendors and catch the local color....

Don't let the shabby lobby deceive you. The rooms have been remodeled with full tile in the bath, hot water 24/7, new windows that slide nicely, air conditioners (cost is a bit extra), and the beds are not rock hard, but hardly luxurious. For Ocosingo, which is not a tourist mecca, it is the most comfortable of the downtown hotels,...

Ocosingo isn't a large place so staying right in thee centre makes sense. Central Hotel is clean and comfortable. Don't expect luxury, but then again, you wouldn't in a town like ocosingo, as it is still a farmers town today.

This hotel is the best option in Ocosingo. It is clean, comfortable and safe. We checked other hotels before deciding to stay here. The other hotels are just as expensive but old and run down. Central Hotel has a good but a bit overpriced restaurant. This is the place to be in town. A lot of a well-to-do locals eat...

The place is a bit run down, but the rooms are clean and comfortable enough. Good location right on the town square. First floor rooms with balcony overlooking the square are nicest but it can be noisy at night!

This hotel is a good spot - clean and comfortable enough. Ocosingo is a great place to stay in order to visit Tonina, and this hotel is centrally located so that it is easy to get around, and walk anywhere in town.
