I wish I had taken note of the reviews and saved my money. The location is beautiful, waking up to the glorious Kent country side was gorgeous, that's about as much as I can say in favour of this place. The house is lovely, in desperate need of modernising but looks very picturesque from the outside. The gentleman host was...

Very basic accommodation and felt overpriced for what offered. Breakfast simple but enjoyable. Beautiful location. Remote, follow sat nav and when you think you have arrived, travel on further along private road.

I stayed here with my partner for two nights. The B&B is in a remote location with no clear signs to help find it (Google maps has the wrong house labelled as the guest house). Once found down a rural road that's not the best for ones car, it's very lovely looking establishment from the front. Beautiful grounds and views....

Where do I start. Easy £95 for a double room and half a breakfast. An absolute obscene rip off. Honestly our room had no TV, no radio, no wi fi, no toiletries, no welcome. Lots of slugs, beetles and spiders in the room. A 4ft 6in double. Furniture that was army surplus in the 1950's and hasn't matured with age!...

A Warning about this B&B. The service is abysmal. By a long way the worst ever breakfast we have ever had. Owner is abrupt and unwelcoming (right from opening the door, we greeted him, and explained we had a booking. His response: "Ah, well... come in then" in a tone that says "you are bothering me") The breakfast is offered...

In the middle of nowhere! Not that far to Canterbury or Hythe, but the roads are very narrow and dangerous around the area! The host was there to meet us and chat to us and the breakfast was adequate and tasty, although it was just all served up on the plate and we were not given a choice of how...

Paying 110 £ for one night without breakfast is a bit too much .If you are an early bird as I am or if you have to leave early , don't expect to get breakfast even as it is schedule at 8.30 ...too late... Room was ok , walls a bit thin , I could here my neighbour snoring but...

If I had only looked at previous TripAdvisor reviews before booking 2 nights in this out-of-the-way B&B, I could have spared my partner and myself a memory that we - for many years to come - will have to haunt us! How close were our experiences to those of Tom M, whose belated review gave us so much to laugh...

This B&B is amazing. It's very quaint and has a real old world charm, tucked away in the beautiful countryside of the North downs area of great beauty . The owners went out of their way to help us with taxis , advised to good pubs and pointed us to some fabulous off the the tourist trail places to see...

very much off the beaten track but idyllic setting. Had it not been for a nice welcome from their daughter Lucy we would not have stayed (although our credit card had already been charged before our arrival). Room was basic and the en suite worse than basic. Pillows like rocks and sheets and pillowcases looked old and grubby but hopefully...
