Dear Andrew. Thank you for leaving a review. Im sorry that you did not in any time of staying here, come down to address any of the issues you had and discuss with me. Im so sorry that there was a pack of biscuits which were out of date. This certainly would not have been put in the rooms intentionally....

We stayed in the Treetops room for 2 nights which was lovely and quiet. We especially loved the bathroom which had a door opening out onto a balcony, (which would be lovely in the summer). The view was fantastic, overlooking the fields and Fionas stable and horse below, you can see all the way across to the lakes in the...

This bed and breakfast was a little bit out of our budget, but once I saw pictures of the beautiful School Room, I couldn't resist stretching the budget for just once night. And was it ever worth it. Fiona was very friendly and knowledgable about the area when we asked her where we should go for a walk. She even...

We stayed in the Heron suite, so bathroom at the end of the corridor which wasn't a problem for us as we were the only ones there. Fiona and Mark were more than accommodating, nothing seem too much of an effort. Every major town around was close enough to get to, to do sightseeing. Overall it suited our needs. Please...

We stayed for 2 nights back in August. Fiona was very welcoming and picked us up from the local station. Breakfast was superb. We stayed in the school room which was huge. Fantastic views off the balcony. Shower and bathroom were very big too. Only downside was the horrendously squeaky floor boards in the room!! Would definitely stay again though

Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting family. On arrival Fiona told us we could upgrade if we wanted to as she had a cancellation. We upgraded from the Heron Room to the room opposite which had an en-suite bathroom with a balcony overlooking the fields and river in the distance. Bed was very comfortable and although we were on...

Thanks to a great room, perfect views and the hospitality of Fiona we both returned home exactly that. Homelea is in a great location and the village of Chilham is so nice. If you're looking for somewhere to...

We enjoyed a one night stay here to escape the kids and life in general really. The location is very tranquil and the rooms are absolutely immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. We used the pool which is a lovely added bonus and as the weather was gorgeous we then sat in the garden enjoying the sun. Breakfast was...
