My first visit to this Resort. An incredible experience. The setting is surreal. In between high mountains, at the foot of the Andes a somewhat mystical of a place. Two nights and three days left us all with not wanting to leave. The staff extremely accommodating. The welcoming, Hot Tub, Cafe, Restaurant, Hiking Trails, Rafting and a broad variety of...

The rooms and setting are awesome, but the heating broke and then we had no hot shower for our stay. The hot tub is $20 Aud per person!!!! The staff were really unhelpful, we were short on time and check in took 40 minutes! There are no maps of the area and they didn't know that all the roads In...

Chile is tantalizing. Parts of it feel like Switzerland, other parts like the high desert of Arizona, or the areas north of Los Angeles, CA. Like those places, views are breathtaking. Pictures don't do justice to the size of the mountains or depths of the valleys. I was in Chile' for five days to visit my son who is studying...

Believe it or not, I found this place by closely browsing Google Maps. What a pleasant surprise! This is a resort type of facility that occupies a substantial area, nestled against the river. Its hotel "rooms" are in fact individual huts (for lack of a better term), each with its own creative design, and very comfy. Our party had huts...

We went white water rafting at Cascada de Las Animas, and it was the best rafting experience we've ever had!! Very safe, very fun, and the guides are incredible! We also highly recommend the pool to relax afterwards. The whole trip has incredible views, and we could not recommend it more highly!! A MUST GO!!!

We stayed for one night in a lodge. The room was unique. The bedroom/living area was a lovely size with huge windows with views to the mountains. The lodges are beautifully designed with lots of interesting features. The hotel provides accommodation in lodges and a camp site. There are lots of activities including horse riding, a zip wire, rafting and...

We booked an excursion at Cascada de las Animas to white water raft and zipline. It was a great experience. The day started out perfect, as we were picked up at our hotel in Santiago and brought to Cascada de las Animas. Upon arrival, we were given an overview of the events and timing of the adventures. The first adventure...

We had a lovely day at Cascada, walking and rafting. Everyone was so courteous and helpful Even though we were the only English speakers in our group, they ensured that we had our own guide who explained everything thoroughly. The equipment is good quality and all is very safe. We had an hour on the river. It is good value...

Actually, the camping area is nice, but bathroom and shower are not particulary clean, also, during the nights there are way too many stray dogs trying to steal your food. Swimming pool bodyguards can be pretty rude, specially one guy called "Pepe", he shouted pretty loud to my daughters while they were playing in the water, you can give instructions...
