Booked this hotel for tonight on hotels.com and we'll he hotel is meant to send a unique code by email to let me in the property as there's no reception after failing to receive this email however and then I went to proceed with calling the apartments up alas though phone line was always busy or no response rang up... I hate to give bad reviews, but I feel on this occasion it is warranted. This place was as cheap as chips but I can see why now. The cottage I stayed in was smelly, and the shower was very grimy. The whole place needed a really good clean. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the bedding was old and... More

I don't like complaining but i had to tell someone about this miserable place run by spivs and swindlers. My wife and I had planned this trip for a long time and being pensioners had to save for quite a while for this second honetmoon. All I can say is my wife is heartbroken and I'm very angry. We booked... More

Be careful if you arrive late, because it's difficult to find the main door, they only have a small sticker there. then you need to use the key codes to open the doors that they send by email. No staff there. the place is very spacious and comfortable you will find a bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bath room.... More

We booked into this place for two nights as it was close to family and self catering. What we got was a fair sized cottage, furniture was dated, but we didn't mind that. The TV didn't work...again, this didn't bother us. It was when we started to 'use' the facilities that she depth of what was wrong became evident. Firstly,... More

Booked for myself and husband for two nights stay. was within budget and thought it would be handy to visit Fort Paul. On arriving we couldn't find anybody about. Big complex and it looks nice but don't let that fool you, I've seen more life in a morgue! Wondering around I came up on a "polish" women ! She knew... More

Do not beleive anybody who says this is a nice place. This is the worst "accommodation " (I wouldn't want to call it a hotel or b and b) that I have ever had the misfortune to have to sleep in. One sheet on the bed a one grubby looking quilt. I called "reception" wherever that is and they promised... More

When phoning to complain the staff were very unhelpful. Bordering on rude.we asked to upgrade room to one with a... More
