If you ever thought of experiencing the worst service in Singapore, please head over to Celestial Resort! As the boss only employs Filipino & Indian nationals to work for him, the staffs were seen gossiping on every single detail on the guests and even their own boss! You can see it from their body language and facial expression! Priceless! Their...

This possibly must be the worst accommodation I have ever had the unfortune to stay in. Everything is appalling- I don't even know where to start.  First of all, the booking process is the most ridiculous. I had to email the hotel 3 times before I have received a pathetic reply. I would have called but nobody picks up the...

As my title says it.. There are just too many things to condemn that i have no idea where to start.. Rather, i'm too lazy to list down everything.. In a few words, "DON'T STAY THERE!! EVER!!" Unless of cos u are stranded on tat island and just need a place to pass e night.. I'm not one to complain...

We enjoyed the bicycle ride towards the resort. So I was really anticipating a good trip. We reached 1 and a half hour early and none of us were allowed to check in. Only at sharp 2pm (check in time). The other hotels or hostels I have been too allowed the guests to check in upon arrival and of course,...

Went to this resort for 2D1N. There is no street lamp on the island and this resort is about 15 mins from the pier by bicycle. Sky usually gets dark by 7:30pm. Main gate closes too early (at 8pm), so for people who are more adventurous, they will be confined within the resort itself with no activities. Fish spa closes...

I stayed in a suite (for 4 people) .The hotel has wonderful layout and beautiful environs. The service however is far from good. Little things like tea coffee maker were not made available. Only 2 bottles were made available per suite per day!! The rest had to be paid for. There was no room service, and the hotel food menu...

An affordable and decent place to escape the hustle and bustle of urban Singapore. The place is deliberately rustic-themed, e.g. in place of a swimming pool, there is a lagoon with fishes to swim with. To add to the rural feel - resort was located a good 15 mins drive away from Pulau Ubin's main jetty, the resort reception area...
