My family traveled from the USA to see all the coffee region of Colombia. We had previously visited the Hot Springs of Santa Rosa 8 years ago. Keep in mind you will see mixed pictures here of both Hot Springs " the original and the new ones" so be sure which one you want to go to. The original is...

Recently I visited Termales for the 5th time! Obviously, I just love it! I agree this place is not for everybody. Yes it is in no way modern. Yes the food is not gourmet. Yes there are no butlers here to kiss your butt. So why do I love it so much? I love it because it's like a blast...

Great place to stay the night so you can enjoy the termales. Breakfast was great the next day but you don't get much. Room was quiet & clean. Free wifi! If you get a room with a loft just know the stairs are STEEP!!

The place itself is nice but packed with people on holidays. The entrance is a bit pricy for the quality & maintenance of the toilets/changing area. The water was a bit yellow so not very welcoming :( Best to go for an afternoon, not to stay overnight. Not a must-do activity for the region.

These Hot-Springs have been there for ever and the ammenities have somehow been improved, never to international standards though; and they are privately own, so no benefits are perceived amongst the locals. However, the temperatures of the water in the pools make one stay loger than wanted ... the venue is divided in two: the first one, called "Balneario" is...

Unfortunately, this is my first "no go" review. The spa is a fatal flaw. There were 2 of us with separate treatments but our opinion was the same. The biggest problem - the masseuses just had no experience in their massage treatments. Worse than that, their disinterest in providing the service showed greatly in their techniques. I had better handshakes...

To be honest I was expecting something more natural ... Even though they have beautiful gardens and a waterfall the pools are not nice they are made of cement and it's not clear for me if the water coed hit from the top of the mountain of if it it's heated up ... It was packed with people and there...

Visited here with my husband and his family who are Pereira locals, and I have to say it was a wonderful place. However, the service was very poor. Other than that, we had a good time. The hotsprings are well maintained, the water is kept naturally murky. There are different levels of hot pools, depending on what you like. We didn't eat here as there is not much to choose from. We did however get a couples massage that was average, affordable and relaxing. The breathtaking views are well worth the 22,000 cop entrance fee. All...
