In middle of no where with nothing to do and nowhere to go. No shops or takeaways so held captive to extortionate food and drinks prices and they stop doing food at 9/10 and no takeaways will deliver. Place full of old people and the music is catered towards them so was boring. The entertainer knew he was allowed to...

Rather hard to get to but the site is very nice. It does have a shop, hours quite limited out of season, that can also be said for the bar and restaurant. The Thirlmere caravan, I could not fault, lovely and clean and proper steps rather than the normal metal ones. Good location for Lancaster, Blackpool and Morecambe. I would...

Coniston caravan was very nice, clean and well equipped. Facilities on site were poor. Only place to get food was open 6-9pm. Shop on site only open few hours each day. Site well off the beaten track. Beech non existent and more like a swamp.

We have not long returned from a week long stay at Cockerham sands. We stayed in a Coniston van. I have to say it was beautiful, better than anything we have ever stayed in before. Very modern and spotlessly clean with gas central heating and double glazing. My kids LOVED the park and the caravan too, so much so we...

We had a great stay here with family and we was very welcomed Its a nice quiet location with great views, not ideal if you want a fun on week as it's 3 miles down a single car lane from the main village Small shop, great bar and club, swimming pool and laundry facilities

We arrived at the caravan park after a 3 mile narrow dangerous road from the main road with very little passing places and when we booked in at the reception, the receptionist seemed annoyed and wasn't very welcoming after we were a bit late for our arrival. When we looked at leaflets in the reception the staff didn't bother to...

I love this place. I go regularly for 2 or 3 nights. I've made some great friends here and all of the residents make you feel welcome. The entertainment is good and everyone gets involved. Pool area and the bar have recently been done up to a high standard. It's a great little getaway where you can do as much...

Stayed here for a week in Langdale caravan absolutely immaculate and stunning. Views and walks nice. Staff that we meet were very helpful and pleasant. Free WiFi with each caravan. Track is absolutely fine now issues. A bit of drive into Blackpool but when you compare the price we paid with what we would of paid staying closer to Blackpool...
