We stayed at the farmhouse in July for a week with our 3 German Shepherds. It is extremely dog friendly and very spacious. The land surrounding the farmhouse is nature at it's best. We were fortunate to see the House Martins living in the adjacent barn what a treat. The dogs loved the long walks exploring somewhere different everyday, to...

Just returned from a wonderful week away spent at the Farmhouse with my family. Myself and my sister came across this hidden treasure whilst looking for somewhere we could take our mum for her 60th Birthday along with our four dogs. The Farmhouse and the castle were idyllic with beautiful gardens. The Farmhouse was perfect for cooking meals in and...

Spent the most amazing, relaxing and calming week at the farm house with our three dogs. The farmhouse oozes character and charm and we were able to feel totally relaxed. The dogs loved the acres to run and explore. We took the option of some breakfasts and meals at the castle and I can honestly say, I have never met...

Wonderful characterful property nestled in fantastic grounds. My daughter and dog both relished the extensive grounds. The drive down to the property gave us numerous chances for bunny spotting, our record was 21! Help from the Castle was always available via the landline phone there. The main bedroom and bathroom have to be seen to be believed, the bathroom was...

Lovely quiet place to stay. Grest for dogs and walking, good spot to relax with some lovely attractions nearby. The Castle was nice to eat in, friendly, helpful staff and dog friendly. Lovely food but bear in mind if there is a wedding on you won't be able to eat there.

At first glance we were extremely impressed with the farmhouse. The gardens and surrounding fields are superb. The house could do with a bit of tlc especially the bathroom on the landing and the kitchen area. We were more than happy though and to be honest this is the first time we've been away from home with our dogs so...

I was looking for a dog friendly cottage, away from it all, but still with some home comforts and this more than fitted the bill. We were 2 families, the double beds didn't suit our set up but there was so much floor space we took air beds and the boys slept where they felt comfortable. The annexe kitchen was...
