We stayed here whilst visiting family in the area, and found it to be very pleasant and clean. Much more personal service than in a hotel. Room had all the things we needed, nice en-suite. Some off street parking, but plenty parking spaces on Avondale Road road immediately outside the property.

I am currently living in Avondale house and I must say I am enjoying it. I had to go home due to illness after 8 days but I'm looking forward to going back. The staff r lovely. It's a great house as its for blind and vision impaired students.

An excellent B&B with very friendly hosts. We stayed here for two nights when attending a wedding at the Bromley Court Hotel (although we were driving, it is within walking distance). Fine large en-suite and a lovely breakfast. Would readily recommend it.

I booked two rooms for my French family to stay in June 2016. Joe and Claire are very welcoming, they made a great effort to provide a gluten-free full English breakfast for everyone. The house is well decorated and comfy. Would definitely recommend again to friends and family.

Spent a week at Avondale House, and had a very comfortable stay. Room was clean and well decorated but quite small for the price. Bathroom was nice, very spacious (almost equal in size to the bedroom). Hosts were lovely - very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, though varies slightly depending on who cooked it. It is located a...

My wife and I stayed at Avondale for 3 nights in October 2014, whilst visiting friends in the area. The room was comfortable, the breakfast very good and the hosts, Claire & Joe very friendly and accommodating. A short walk to the end of the road and you can catch a bus to the train station to get into London....

I live in Hull and work in Bromley during the week. When I first came to Bromley in April I was looking around for accommodation. I stayed at the Sundridge Park hotel but after two nights I found Anne and Giuseppe's guest house on Avondale Road. I've been there ever since. Nothing is too much trouble. They are very friendly,...

“I've tried the rooms at the back of the house, and both are very quiet. I'm in the double more or less permanently now and it just feels like home. The double has an ensuite bath/shower room, whereas the twin room has a shower only. I haven't stayed in the room at the front of the house, but Avondale is a very quiet residential street and I've never been troubled by noise when trying to sleep.”
